Beautiful, modern. lots of space for our family of 9 adults. Felt more like an house than a condo Exactly as pictured. Kind host responded to questions we had. Great shower water pressure and fast hot water. On the top floor, so hence the stairs. Wouldn’t advise for an elderly person with any health issues. But for us, it was a wonderful stay.
Host was highly communicative and responsive to questions. The unit itself is stunning for a ski area rental. We've stayed in other units in Brian Head, and even on our first night we were already talking about returning just for this unit. So spacious and all the bed/furniture were comfortable. It was great for sharing with another family, nobody ever felt like we were on top of each other including the kids. Kitchen is well stocked, linens were all of high quality. Spacious 2 car garage. It is a 4th floor unit, so will have to navigate the stairs with luggage, but very manageable. We will definitely try and stay again!!
The stairs can be a challenge, so pay attention to that part of the listing, but in my opinion it’s worth it. The property was even better, and bigger, than it appeared in the photos, and we loved Brian Head!Absolutely going to be back!
Everything was easy from check-in to check-out. Very convienient location to the slopes. 4 flights of stairs, but totally worth it for the very large condo! Management was quick to respond to questions.
Pros: Condo unit was very spacious for all of us to spread out. We loved the two separate hangout rooms, each with their own televisions. Kids enjoyed the ping pong table room. We also appreciated the board games that were available for us to use. The vaulted ceilings allowed for great, natural light to come in. Garage was perfect size for our 2 vehicles. Super close to Giant Steps.Cons: 56 stairs up to the front door on the 4th floor, not 40. Not a bad deal if you're staying for a weekend. However, if you're there for a week like we were and hauling up heavy coolers of food, cases of water/soda, bags of groceries and lots of heavy luggage, the stairs are not ideal with the high altitude. The bathroom drawers had hairs and dust left in them, kitchen utensil drawers had food crumbs under the silverware, fridge had items left from previous guests, food pantry was messy, wifi went out but was repaired that same day, 2 showers were clogged (also repaired that same day) and carpets were stained. Housekeeping needs to pay attention to these details, because for the price, we expected the unit to be clean.
The space fit us all comfortably. Right by the shuttle stop. Some beds were more comfortable than others. Bummer that the garage was broken and no paper towels but other than that it was great fir the 3 families
The house is very clean and tidy, with enough space. There are many toys for children to play with. The garage downstairs can store snowboards, so you don't need to carry them up to the fourth floor
We had a great time here. Our 4 adults kids and two of their friends came with us. We had a little trouble checking in, but Dawn got right back to us and sorted it out. We loved the place. Everyone had plenty of space. As other reviewers noted the stairs can be tough, especially after a day on the slopes or hauling all you things up when you first get there. The shuttle stops at the end of the driveway or you can walk down the road and board down to Navajo. So getting on the slopes is easy.
The property wa spacious, clean, had all the necessary things for the kitchen, and Dawn was prompt answering a few questions we had. Getting into the parking garage was a little tricky because the road was very icy the first night. To enter the garage is a sharp turn with the corner of another building close by that felt tight. After the roads were cleared, it felt safer to maneuver into the garage. Stairs were not a problem at all as other guests have reviewed. Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Good but not Great!
Overall my friends and family thought the place was good, but not great. Pros: the place was spacious, very CLEAN and big. The loft upstairs was like having another living space and room for the kids to hang out. Amenities including kitchenware was all there. That was much appreciated. There was also a shuttle service to the ski lodge.
Cons: The biggest issue we had was the 45+ flight of stairs to the unit WITHOUT any elevator access. This made it extremely exhausting to carry luggage and kids upstairs to the room while trying to breathe in the high freezing altitude. What we didn't understand was that there is an elevator next to the unit; however, the owners did not allow us to use it, even though we had requested for an exception due to someone in our group having a legit disability. The owners need to LEAD with and emphasizes more in the description that there are 45 flights of stairs WITHOUT elevator access. If we would've known this in advance we probably would have not selected this place since there's so many other nice options in the same area.

First we apologize for the inconvenience they were faced with. The elevator is very problematic, therefore it is not able to be used by guest. Just to correct the above review, there are 45 stairs and not 45 flights of stairs.
Wow - this place was perfect. Great space, very clean, new and comfortable. We had a 7 year old and 5 year old who particularly enjoyed the toys in one of the bunk rooms. So fun would highly, highly recommend and we hope to come back next year!
Everything was exactly as listed. Easy to find, secure and safe. Communication with Dawn the property manager was really prompt and easy. We really enjoyed our stay here.
This is such a beautiful property, well maintained, great location and so spacious. If you have a large group, this is the location for you!
The only thing to be aware of is that if you have never stayed there before, it is so confusing to find. (The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars - wish I could at least give 4.8 stars) The property managers need to place better signage for easier check in process. It would help tremendously! Also- be prepared for stairs. The elevator is for owners only and the property is on the very top which is great for no noise above you, but it's a workout! (even for the fit) But truly worth the location and property.
Dawn was so great to get back to us quickly to help us find the property, she is so kind and gracious. (Thank you, Dawn!)
I would suggest asking for detailed instructions the day of your arrival for a quick check in :)
Great location and very comfortable stay! The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. The two story condo was specious, clean, and very comfortable.
