Hello,<br><br>Just a 150-meter walk from Hendaye’s Grande Plage. I’m offering my 25-square-meter ground-floor studio overlooking the residence’s garden.<br><br>It’s spacious enough to accommodate 4 people—a couple and up to 2 children.<br>It features a spacious hallway with two fold-down 90/190 bunk beds (with safety features for small children) and a partition separating it from the living area.<br>The main room features a very comfortable 140/200 sofa bed with a 17-cm-thick mattress and a living area with a TV.<br>A kitchenette (dishwasher, electric convection oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, 2 gas burners)<br>A large bathroom with a washing machine and walk-in shower.<br>A small 6 m² terrace with outdoor furniture.<br>I provide pillows, comforters, and mattress protectors.<br>You can park your car 200 m away in certain free parking zones and leave it there for the duration of your stay.<br>Nearby you’ll find: a Carrefour Express mini-market, a bakery, a pastry shop, a butcher shop and deli, and restaurants of all kinds.<br>Activities: <br>Golf is a 15-minute drive away with Frantz du Réau, a golf instructor at the Nivelle Golf Course: frantzdureau.com. Surf schools. A 10-minute boat shuttle across the Bidasoa River takes you to the Spanish side to enjoy pinxos at the tapas bars—a festive atmosphere guaranteed.<br>Thalasso treatments at Blanco, a 10-minute walk away, <br>Free parking 100 metres away on the Xingudi Bay side.<br>*Minimum 1-week rental during summer holiday <br>Options:<br>Linens (12 € per person per stay).<br>End-of-stay cleaning: 50 euros<br>Bicycles: 25 euros per week per bike (3 bikes available)<br><br>A 30% deposit will be required at the time of booking, payable by check.<br>A security deposit check for 500 euros will be required during the property inspection upon your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure.<br><br>You can contact me by phone or text message at 06.71.65.25.22, and I’ll be happy to assist you in making the most of your holiday.<br>Nathalie Bergès

Die Nähe zum Meer, die ausführliche freundliche Einweisung durch die Vermieterin, dass wir als Extra sogar zwei Fahrräder nutzen konnten, der sehr gute öffentliche Nahverkehr mit mehreren Haltestellen in der Nähe, der Carfour express direkt gegenüber, der kleine Terrassenbalkon, die Waschmaschine, die Erreichbarkeit der Vermieterin, das wunderbare Baskenland, die örtlichen Feste in der Nähe, wir auch Läden und Restaurants - all das hat uns begeistert. Gern hätten wir allerdings noch WLAN gehabt.

Superbe appartement à 2 doigts de la plage!

Cet appartement est vraiment bien agencé - nous avions peur de se retrouver à 4 adultes dans cette petite surface, mais en fait nous ne nous sommes pas du tout marché dessus, et avons pleinement profité de la proximité à la plage, le surf, la ville et ses boutiques. Je le recommande vivement !

Quelques jours sans contrainte

Pour nos 3 jours a Hendaye : emplacement idéal (plage, commerce, restaurants, ...) et tout le confort espéré : litterie confortable (même le canapé avec son matelas bien épais), lave-vaisselle, machine a laver, fours, cafetière, .... La petite terrasse a l'ombre après le bain de soleil a ete bien apréciée. Ce qui pourrait être gênant pour certains : pas de parking, et l'insonorisation du bâtiment (on entend un voisin qui écoute sa TV un peu fort, mais sans abus horaire) Et un grand merci à la propriétaire, très attentionnée pour notre arrivée.

Studio idéalement situé pour le tout à pied. Il est très complet, Nathalie la propriétaire est très accueillante et à l'ecoute des locataires. Parfait pour un séjour à Hendaye !

Studio confortable plein centre d'Hendaye à 5mn à pied de la plage

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la propriétaire nous a très bien reçus avec des explications sur l'usage du logement ainsi que les avantages de la proximité des commerces et restaurants et surtout de la plage à 5 minutes à pied.
