T2 furnished 40 m² + 2 terraces 20 m² East-South + private garage closed in secure basement + visitors parking, apartment, quiet, pretty and functional, renovated in recent and secure residence in BIARRITZ St Martin district, Shops on foot, American kitchen (multifunction oven, washing machine), living / dining room: with bay window leading to EAST terrace and French window to SOUTH terrace, BZ sofa bed (160x200), TV / LCD with DVD player; bedroom with bed (160x200) with French window onto the south terrace and garden, bathroom / shower, wc. . Bus line at 50 m. Beaches and halls 15 mins walk. Airport and train station 2 km away. Casino, Golf, Rugby stadium, Jaï alaï, 1 km. Escapade à Biarritz

Séjour d’une semaine sans voiture. Logement agréable, propre, bien équipé, bien entretenu, proche transport, commerces de proximité. Propriétaire disponibles et très agréables. Pour qui ne connais pas Biarritz, ça monte et ça descend, il y a plusieurs plages, de beaux points de vues, un réseau de bus et de navettes gratuites, on peut aller partout. A voir donc !!!

Tolles Appartement mit zwei Kindern

Tolle Lage und ruhig mit eigener Garage (Dachbox muss allerdings abgebaut werden). Uns wurde auch ein Baby Bett und Stuhl besorgt, allerdings gegen Gebühr das sollte man wissen. Ebenso bei den Handtüchern, Geschirrtüchern und der Bettwäsche usw. Ansonsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und man kommt bequem zu Fuß überall hin. Super sind Rolläden.

Attention à l'annonce qui spécifie de donner une caution de 200 euros au propriétaire alors qu'Abritel spécifie dans son annonce quand cas de dégâts 200 euros seront prélevés sur carte bancaire . Dans l'ensemble appartement agréable , un peu loin de la plage 20 / 25 mn à pieds de la + proche .
