Come stay awhile! Our beautiful home features 2550sqft 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The home is the perfect getaway for your family. It is located in the highly desired Estrella Mountain Ranch community. Enjoy the enormous park that features sports courts, playgrounds with swings and Ramadas w/ grills & picnic tables that overlook the lake and provide shade as well as miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. You will never want to leave! For NASCAR fans Phoenix International Speedway is just 20 minutes away and Major league baseball spring training for Cincinnati Reds & Cleveland Indians is about 15 minutes. Come relax and enjoy the heated pool or play putt putt golf. Come enjoy all this home has to offer.

Strick HOA. Quiet time is from 10pm-8am. 2 car max. No overnight street parking. Neighbors will call the police
Pool heat charge $35/night (oct.-May) $25/night (June-Sept) Pool covers MUST be on at night to help maintain the pools heat.
There will be a charge for extra guest that are not on the original booking.

Spring training

The home was as described in the listing and it was very clean which is always at the top of my list. We had a few hiccups after arriving but the owner was very responsive and we were able to make it work. This home is located out of town a bit but in an awesome neighborhood. We enjoyed the home and we will rent again.

Gorgeous home, spacious accommodations and the kitchen was perfect for nightly dinners. Relaxing pool amongst peaceful surroundings. This home has everything any family could want or need. Great communication with host throughout our stay.

Great Stay!

We stayed for a family vacation with grandma and my two kiddos, 6 and 8 year old. This was perfect for what we needed ... swimming pool, kitchen, laundry, separate bedrooms (you know 6 and 8 year olds). Expectations were clear and beyond reasonable. Thank for a great stay!

Great home!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay here! The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet. This is a very family friendly home with a wonderful heated pool and putting green. Indoors were lots of toys and games. Kitchen and laundry facilities were great. The owners responded to a question promptly. We would definitely stay here again!

GREAT MONTH - Crappy weather

We loved the house. Our daughter and family (4) came out the first week. The weather was good that first week so we got time in the pool with them. Unfortunately, it cooled down the rest of the month and we did not get much more pool time....not your fault! Jim spent a lot of time on several golf courses and watched the Guardians play several times. Peggy got a lot of free time to enjoy some reading. We visited close friends in Phoenix several times. Beautiful resort home in a quiet community

Home was clean, well-equipped, and spacious. Pool was such a good time. Kitchen had everything you would need. Check-in and check out were Super-easy. Host was exceptionally responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Resort style fun & Sun!

We have stayed in several VRBOs in the North Estrella Ranch development. This has been the nicest property thus far! The pool was great but there was also toys and games for the kids to play in the pool. Outdoor grill, patio furniture, lighting, and fire place. The kids loved the mini put put. Inside there are family games and partially stocked kitchen for cooking. Great property! Greg

Very good choice for a family vacation!

Great, easy to use house with a fantastic pool and yard! Well furnished kitchen and spacious, nicely decorated living area and bedrooms. The beds probably need to be upgraded, but they were adequate. Overall, a wonderful place to spend a week or two with family. This is the best house we have stayed in yet!

This home is truly amazing!!

For this trip it was just 5 adults, and we THOROUGHLY enjoyed ourselves!! That said, I would LOVE to spend a few days here with our kids and grandkids. The home is so warm and inviting, and SO comfortable. Everything that we could have wanted and/or asked for was already there. This home made our trip so relaxing and enjoyable and I simply can’t say enough good about it. OH!! And…The property owner was so responsive to any question that I sent and I REALLY appreciate that!!! I HIGHLY recommend this property!!

Amazing property in a quiet neighborhood

What an amazing home in a quiet neighborhood. The house is as new and beautiful as the pictures and the backyard is an oasis. The pool is the key to the backyard and with the water features really makes the backyard like a resort. The fireplace on the cool nights and the putting green add even more fun to your family stay. Thanks for the great communication Troy and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing quiet stay.

Just Okay.

PROS: This home is very open and has a lot of great amnesties, including a heated pool, great outdoor area, and beautiful surrounding location with parks, trails, etc. CONS: This was our first VRBO experience... and honestly OUR LAST. The owners are very protective of their home [totally understandable!] but it was extremely hard to sit back and relax. There are many HOA rules, home owner rules, etc. I do appreciate them letting us use their home... however, we would not stay there again. There were cameras outside everywhere and you constantly felt like you were being watched. It was very hard for us to enjoy. My only other feedback is that there were not many towels (we had one per bathroom...) Bring your own supplies, like shampoo, etc. Overall, great home, great location... maybe VRBO's just aren't for us!!!

Outstanding VRBO property!

Wonderful, clean and well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. Backyard area was very relaxing and the heated pool was a real treat. On our next getaway to Phoenix we will rent this property again no question.

Very nice house and pool. Clean and comfortable.

Definitely would stay there again. Open floor plan, Large master with large master bath. Lots of room for the kids to sleep. Back yard and pool are super nice. Weather was cool but the water in pool was warm. The Kids had a blast. Thanks again Troy
