Fully equipped kitchen and separate entryway; bathroom with shower.
Sleeps 4 in the living area: sofa bed and pull-out bed, high-quality bedding.

Small dogs allowed.

The accommodation:
Close to a fine-sand beach, 200 metres away. Quiet, secluded residence.
The living area with the kitchen measures 18 m² for a total surface area of 22 m².
Shops 100 metres away, including a bakery, pizzeria, and bar.
Bicycles available upon request.

Additional notes
COVID-19 disinfection procedure performed by me after each guest departure.
Steam and household alcohol disinfection followed by ventilation; a minimum of 4 hours between each “check-out and check-in.” Bed linens, household linens, and bath towels are machine-washed at 60° with Sanytol laundry detergent. Hand sanitiser is available in the apartment.
Minimum 2-night stay. One-night stays are allowed on a case-by-case basis upon request.
For July and August, reservations are by the week only, from Saturday to Saturday.
No additional cleaning fees, so please leave the studio as clean as you found it upon arrival—thank you!
No additional fees for all clean, provided linens.
Self-check-in available via a secure key box.
