About this property

Cosy seaside studio. Pets welcome!

Cosy studio located 3 minutes walk from the beach. It is on the ground floor of a secure residence ideally located close to the city centre and amenities (2min walk).
This accommodation is composed of a bright equipped living room and benefits from a south-facing terrace with its garden furniture, a fitted and equipped kitchen area, a shower room with toilet and a sleeping area with dressing room. This apartment is equipped with a bed for two people (sofa bed) in the living room and a bunk bed in the sleeping area.
You can store your bikes in a common room that the residence has. Free parking is available on the street, usually there is always space.
Please contact me for reservations: price per night contact me because it differs according to the period. The cleaning fee of 20 euros is extra and mandatory this allows us to keep a clean and healthy accommodation throughout the year.
A little clarification for any arrival after 20:00 an additional 15 euros will be paid to the person who welcomes you.

Appartement idéalement situé proche des commerces et de la plage. Nous avons eu un temps magnifique pour en profiter pleinement !Stationnement plutôt facile dans la rue malgré la forte affluence sur la plage.Tout était parfait ! Merci, nous reviendrons dès que nous en aurons l’occasion.
