 OWNER MANAGED,REVIEWS ! The spectacular panoramic ocean views from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom along with the breathtaking ocean view from the living room and private balcony speak for themselves. 3 new elevator. Visit Youtube Bella Coastal View for a video of this property inside and outside drone view. When you book with us you are booking with the owner. We take pride in making sure our guests are comfortable. We are available immediately for our guests.The HOA is replacing stucco on some walls and the steps by the pool are being worked on. There may be some construction noise at times.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay! Very clean!! Had everything you could possibly need and then some. Complex was very easy to get in and out of, very easy access to the beach and a Publix and restaurants within a short distance!

Excellent location, excellent property for relaxing, enjoying a 3 min proximity to private beaches, friendly neighborhood, beautiful sunsets and sunrise. The property is comfortably furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and even beach chairs and towels. Just 15 minutes drive to old Town gives you plenty to do and to entertain for every day of your stay. The view from the balcony and every window is just stunning. The condo was beautiful, clean, close to restaurants and grocery and beach!

The heated pool was really nice, we all loved it. Beach access was close and we saw several turtles. Owner was very attentive to our needs, and everything in the condo was perfect. Area was quiet but close to local restaurants, grocery, beach store and a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. We would love to come back! Thank you for the perfect vacation!

We had a great time at the property. Were able to fall asleep to the waves every night! Wonderful walks on the beach. The property was quiet, which we appreciated. Very close to St. Augustine. Well-equipped unit with full-size washer and dryer.

Fabulous getaway

We loved this property. It’s a quiet, relaxing property with gorgeous views. We settled into a fabulous beach routine every day of our stay. It had great separation between rooms so we could have privacy from our kids after they went to bed. We will be booking again.

Beautiful, comfortable condo on the beach. Had everything we needed to have meals in, but close to great restaurants when we wanted to eat out. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room for the 5 is us. Enjoyed the pool. Listing was just as pictured. Would absolutely stay here again.

Yes, stay here! Great location and views. Our family stayed here and we had everything needed. Beach wagon, tent, floaties, chairs, toys, towels. The beach was not packed and neither was the pool. Great restaurants near by to eat and close to grocery stores. I just can’t say enough about this place.

Best View!

What a beautiful condo!! We had a lot of rain and cloudy days but we didn’t mind at all thanks to the awesome coastal view right from the couch!! It was such a relaxing and cozy vacation spot. We plan to come back as soon as we can!!

Please be rest assured when you book with me your booking with the actual owner of this condo and as an owner I take my hosting position very seriously! This is my personal property that I have been involved with in all the renovation and decor. I have had independent companies in the past host my condo and I was not happy so I decided to take this on my self and I am so happy I did! I hired the best cleaning service in St. Augustine to make sure my condo is sparkling clean and safe for all my guest. I pride myself on being available 24/7 for all my guest. I even sleep with my phone beside me!! I will do everything in my power to make sure you have a safe and wonderful experience at my home.
PS My husband is a local fisherman and can assist you with local guides. If you would like to fish inshore/offshore or even fresh water just ask me!
