This beachside 2 BD/2BA loft is just a short walk to the pool and steps from the beach. The condo features a spacious living/dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Kids will love the upstairs enclosed loft with 2 twin beds and a rollaway. In-unit washer/dryer. Smart TVs in every room and Xbox One. Located in the beautiful, gated Ocean Gallery community. Resort amenities: heated indoor/outdoor pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard, gym and ping pong. Perfect for family getaways!

This condo is located within the beautiful Ocean Gallery community, a luxury gated beachfront resort that is 5 miles from downtown St Augustine. The unit itself is a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the pool. Free parking is included directly outside of the condo.

First floor includes:

- Large living room with sofa, chair/ottoman and recliner, smart TV with cable, Xbox One and games, strong WIFI
- Dining area with table that seats 4, wine bar
- Fully equipped kitchen with extended countertop and 2 barstools
- 1 bedroom with king bed, smart TV with cable, full bathroom with walk in shower, and a separate vanity area with sink and mirror, large closet, blackout curtains
- Washer & Dryer
- Screened in balcony with table/chairs and a loveseat, view of the lagoon

UPSTAIRS:
- 1 loft bedroom with two twin beds and a rollaway bed inside the closet, smart TV with cable, large closet and linen closet

Perfect stay for our family of 3! Great amenities and communication with the host, Claudio. Booking and check in instructions were straightforward. Getting to the beach was easy, just a quick walk through the parking lot and one of the other condo areas to the private gate. We even saw a turtle on the walkway coming back from the beach! Location is perfect, near tons of restaurants and the historic district was a quick 15 minute drive. We would recommend and stay again!
