Boasting three decks with lake views, a great room, a family/game room, an office space and multiple primary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (2 with direct access to one of the 3 decks), there is room for everyone to enjoy, relax, and soak in Tahoe time. Summer amenities include a heated community pool and hot tub! Whether you're looking to enjoy the local beaches, golf, hit the slopes, hike Tahoe's scenic trails, or simply take in the lake views, this home offers a luxurious mountain escape like no other.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, offering more than enough room for families and large groups. Four bedrooms have queen beds, and one has two twin beds. Use the fully equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill to prepare a gourmet meal or a simple family style dinner. Enjoy your meal on the antique dining table, around the expansive island or out on the deck during summer. Absolutely wonderful

The home and location are beautiful but what made it even better was how responsive and helpful Carol was with any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! Loved the proximity to both Diamond Peak and Mt. Rose.

We had an excellent stay over Christmas. The house was very well stocked and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The thoughtfulness and little touches Olivia the host had done were most appreciated. The communication and swift responses by our host were exceptional. We were well taken care of.

So enjoyed our stay a this lovely, comfortable, well stocked, beautiful view, quiet location home....you get the idea! Many little extras and special attention given to all that a guest may need while visiting. Great common area for all to come together and yet plenty of separation options should one like a little quiet. Enjoyed our welcome basket and the coffee!

This 5 bedroom house, was as close to perfect as a rental could be. Spacious, upscale furnishings, comfortable beds, a kitchen to die for, an amazing deck overlooking massive pine trees & a view of the lake. So wonderfully peaceful. So many opportunities for adventure & yet no need to leave the deck. Carol, property manager, is a gem, welcoming, thoughtful & easily available by phone or text. A perfect stay for our 1st experience of Tahoe.

Project Man Walk

This was a ski trip with work and former work colleagues that we organize every two years. The home is spectacular with an exceptional kitchen and living room. The 5 bedrooms were very nice. The co-host, Olivia, was very attentive and professional. I highly recommend this property for families or friends winter or summer.

What an absolutely fantastic place! We were looking hard for a place in Incline to host nine of us for the week after Christmas when this popped up — perfect size, amazing location by Diamond Peak, and such a well-appointed house. Everything you could think of had already been thought of! Stocked kitchen, games for kids to play, cozy beds. Easy, helpful communication with the hosts was the icing on the cake. We hope to return — maybe even before this ski season is upon

Beautiful Haven for a Family Gathering

Our family gathering at Lake Tahoe was perfect and the house was a big part of it. It’s a beautiful home and looks just like the photos. It was very comfortable for our group ages 2-98 for sleeping, cooking, eating, and playing. Foosball was a big hit. The home had several hotel-like amenities and the kitchen was well stocked. We spent a lot of time on the deck with its ample seating and spectacular views. Great location too. Close to beaches, shopping, and hiking trails. Last but not least, Carol, our contact for the property, was extremely attentive before and during our stay assuring that all went smoothly.

Great Property / Great Service

Can't for my wife's 40th birthday. The first thing everyone said upon entering the house was "wow". What I really appreciated was how thoughtfully the house was appointed. Everything you could need in the kitchen, amazing bathrooms, kids play area down stairs with games and most importantly for some humidifiers for the bedrooms. Expectations exceeded, would love to stay again. House is also 5 mins for to for from diamond peak.

Lived on the beautiful deck💙🌊

We had a very lovely & memorable stay with my multi/generational dear family of nine ~ ages 15 to 93 :) We grilled out, read, talked & laughed, had coffee, had wine, had breakfast, lunch, & dinner ~ all on the expansive deck that looked thru the trees out to the lake! :) We used the neighborhood pool & tennis courts, Burnt Cedar Beach, foosball table, and great room for family slides nite :) The boys played golf nearby ~ and we all circled back to our favorites… Sunnyside & Garwoods for beautiful sunset dinners :)) A favorite day though was all piling onto a big pontoon boat and heading into Emerald Bay for a gorgeous swim & jump off the dock :)) The 3-level house fit us very well ~ was very clean, just as described, and had a Very Well stocked kitchen, much appreciated!! (also a number of us were working remote, and the WIFI was great, whether out on deck or down in office area) And after many years of renting all over the place ~ I can honestly say OLIVIA (the house manager) was the most attentive & helpful & responsive manager we’ve ever had!… She’s been really lovely ~ even when we were back home in Marin, and my son realized he left an important item at house ~ Olivia tracked it down and is sending it to us :))

Home away from home

The check in instructions were simple and easy, the house was clean and tidy and included everything a hotel would have (towels, toiletries, etc.). The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, trash bags, soap, etc. The host were super sweet and offered a nice welcome gift when we arrived. The host were quick to respond to any questions and were very professional and nice. We all enjoyed our time in the house and if the property is available we would book it again.
