With new owners since mid-2022, Unit 310 has been thoroughly refreshed and updated throughout! Floor-to-ceiling windows in the beach-facing living room reveal breathtaking views of the shore and sand, sure to inspire a sigh and a smile as you unwind and relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The large balcony brings you closer to the waves crashing on the beach and has seating for 6 and room for those necessary beach toys! Back inside, the fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and is complimented by a wet-bar and ice-maker for added convenience. You and your crew can relax in the living room area with ample seating and stretch-out options in front of the 60'' HD TV or rest in the semi-private sitting area equipped with a sleeper sofa and lounge chair. Beautifully appointed and designed for your comfort, this three bedroom, four bath condo offers a retreat for all visitors and has become a home away from home for our repeat visitors.



The condo's master bedroom has a new king bed, updated furniture appointments and a 50” HD TV. The walk-in closet, oversized shower with dual shower heads and jacuzzi tub provide the type of escape you expect, and those perks you deserve!



Additional guests have a choice between two other well equipped rooms. The condo’s 2nd bedroom has two new matching queens, an oversized full bathroom and a 48” HD TV, and has been redecorated to remind you of the beach life that awaits just outside those doors. The 3rd bedroom offers two double/full-size beds and a twin, all three of them new and matching the beach motif, a 48” HD TV, and a full bathroom as well. An additional full bath and complete laundry room including washer and dryer are located in the long corridor entry hallway.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe & bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Speaking of parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.
