Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful day! The condo was clean, spacious, and had all the typical items needed while on vacation. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Our kids also loved the indoor pool with a great view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a last minute vacation for us and Phoenix Rentals really came through for us with a really nice unit. This was our first time at Phoenix IX and it was very impressive and the amenities were spot on--I absolutely stay here again. (This was about our 16th time renting with this management company)
