Mary's Lake Condo Beautiful, Peaceful Mountain Retreat

This is an almost new 2 story Condo with master bedroom and bathroom on the main level. The spacious kitchen has everything you might need, a beautiful dinner set for 12, a Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster oven, Ninja blender and WMF cookware. The dining room and living room have breathtaking views. There are two full size leather couches and a gas fire place creating a wonderful warm atmosphere. The deck has a gas grill and adirondack chairs.
On the lower lever are two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as another living room with a large TV and a super comfortable pull out couch . A spacious deck on each level with wonderful mountain views and clear view of Mary's Lake creates a peaceful place to escape. Wild life, deer and elk are regular visitors to your back yard and provide hours of wonderful entertainment. There is one parking spot in the attached garage and two spaces outside. This property was being managed by a management company for the past 2 seasons so no reviews are listed, you can check out our reviews on our other property listed above.
We welcome families with children. If you have a baby there is a packnplay. You do have to provide your own bedding for that. There is also a highchair and a booster seat.
The twin bedroom downstairs has a couple of tubs of toys under the bed and upstairs in the living room there are children books and games.

Beautiful, clean and quiet getaway

My family of four adults stayed here and we loved the place. It was quiet, very clean and well kept and had a beautiful view. The large kitchen was great for prepping and packing meals for day trips and the place was just a short distance from one of the Rocky Mountain National Park entrances and down town Estes Park.

Older relatives in town from FL & CT loved the property, location and especially the view of Estes Park valley. Huge heard of Elk grazing in field next to Mary’s Lake community was an added treat for everyone. Property is well kept and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay.

We are Terry and Monika Jarvis. Terry originally came from Somerset, England and I am from Southern Germany. We have 4 grown children and 6 grands, most of them in Colorado. We moved to the US over 20 years ago from Austria and love Colorado with its mountains, clean air, blue skies and wonderful friendly people.
We have done a ton of traveling in our life and never tire of beautiful places.
As a family we love to come to the condo whenever possible and just never tire of sitting on the deck watching wildlife, the mountains, the lake or just reading a good book. I have loved setting up the condo and added many things that I would enjoy if I were to go stay at a rental. Hope you feel at home and have a great time.

Why they chose this property

We started doing vacation rentals in our mother in law apt of our house in Larkspur and have loved it. Then a few years later we bought a cottage in Estes and used it for vacation rentals. This condo we bought a couple of years ago brand new. We couldn't resist the amazing views.

What makes this property unique

The condo is large enough to spread out if you are a large group. Yet even if there is only two of you it is very cosy and comfortable. Having two large tv's is convenient if not everyone wants to watch the same movies.
