We had a wonderful stay. Great communication with the owner. Great place for our needs. Convenient location for downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park as well. We even had some deer visit one morning. Kids loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay! Very beautiful townhouse with great views! The hot tub was awesome after hiking all day. A great fire pit for s’mores. Very clean and they have everything you need there. We definitely recommend here if you’re staying in Estes Park. This was by far our favorite of all the VRBO’s that we’ve stayed in while in Estes Park!

Great experience, great place, great hosts. Place is as spacious and nice as pictures indicate. Two slightly negative notes: one of the king beds is downstairs and its only bathroom is also the kids bathroom. Second, the king mattresses are soft and not great.

The hot tub and patio was perfect for our family of six. Communication with the host regarding check-in was timely and seamless. WiFi was strong. We saw elk in the neighborhood on multiple occasions. Location was a short drive from free parking at the Estes Park Visitor Center to shop downtown. We would rent this place again for a future trip to the Rockies.

Very clean, had soap/shampoo, etc and dishwasher and dish soap .. Refrig was VERY CLEAN… we didn’t use fireplace… but used the hot tub, it was great!

Clif was very helpful in getting the place prepared for us. Quick responses and great hospitality. Place was nice and clean, could use some updating but worked for us. There was not an iron to be found but Clif quickly fixed that issue. Great place to stay!

Very clean and cozy home. We loved the fireplace and hot tub. The king beds were super comfortable and a welcome warmth at the end of long hiking days. The house was clean and located conveniently to downtown. We saw lots of wildlife from the balcony. There were also great views of the Rockies from the home. Kitchen had everything you needed. There were also toys and games for the kids.

The house is very nice. It was clean, and we had all the amenities we needed. The only minor issue we had was at the bed sheets downstairs had a big red stain on them. They looked clean, but it was awkward to sleep on, so we changed them out.

Beautiful home. Had all the essentials and then some. There were 7 of us and we all felt we had plenty of room. My 12 and 16 year old especially loved their bunk bed room. Close proximity to Estes Lake. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Place is lovely and in a good location. We were treated to visits by multiple elk. Property is comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. Kitchen has all the necessary items needed to cook a meal. The only issue we had was the downstairs king bed is super hard and not very comfortable for some older guests. The patio the hot tub is downstairs. Guests using the hot tub and the outdoor patio need to go through the downstairs room where the king bed is located, which is a little awkward. Although we didn’t use the hot tub, this is a very nice feature. There are 2 outdoor spaces (upper and lower). Overall, the property is very nice and spacious.

Great spot in quiet complex. We saw deer eating our bushes right outside the door. Location is good spot just outside of town. Air conditioning was super helpful since it was very hot while we visited. Main floor wasn’t kept as cold but lower level was very cool. Place was clean and well equipped.
