VILLA DESCRIPTION:
This superb two bedroom villa was recently renovated with a brand new fully fitted kitchen, new bathrooms and re-decorated throughout. The villa comes with one spacious shower room and a separate W/C, private pool, BBQ, private garden including sun loungers to enjoy the all day sun. In addition you will find WIFI throughout, a Smart Tv including Netflix, international TV with UK channels - Sky sports and Sky movies,. The villa also has fully fitted wardrobe space, a safe, air conditioning/heating and private parking space.
The location of this villa is in the perfect area for both beach and amenities, within an easy couple of minutes walk to the San Pedro beach front where you will find ample restaurants, bars and beach clubs. The town of San Pedro is located also just a couple of minutes away where you can enjoy the new boulavard, play areas and restaurants. The supermarket is also close by. A car is not necessary here.

Pretty good

Nice Villa but a little tired. Excellent location for the beach ( not so great) and San Pedro town which is friendly and beautiful. Not the most private of villas and overlooked by 4 other houses.

October 2025 - The Villa is really sweet & cosy but plenty big enough for 4 people, the pool is a great size and the garden has orange & lime trees in it with abundant fruit, there are little nooks to read in and a good size dining table inside and out. The kitchen is modern and the shower is large. The beds are firm enough for my bad back ! What a lovely week we had, visiting Estapona, Puerto Banus, Marbella and San Pedro, all withn easy 20 minute drives. A car is not essential as you can walk to the shops and the beach but I would recommend one to explore the region further afield. Would be happy to return to Villa Linda Vista, that probably says it all.

San Pedro Villa

Amazing fortnight in a wonderful villa with a private pool. San Pedro town is fantastic and the beach is also a short walk away. Many local amenities nearby. Overall fantastic location and perfect villa to relax for your holiday.

Amazing villa. Perfect for 4 adults. Great location, peaceful but walking distance to everything you could need. Echo all of the previous comments about Gemma, she is a star Adored our stay, don’t want to praise to much in case it gets booked up for next year !

Excellent property a short walk from town

The house itself is fantastic. Very clean, spacious enough for a family of 4 and a great pool. Its dewcribed as beachside which is a bit of a stretch but the beach is only a short walk away. In general the location is fine if you're ok to walk. Its 15 mins from the boulevard where the bars and restaurants are and maybe the same to the beach, which itself is a short ealk from the boulevard. Overall we had a great time and would absolutely recommend this property.

Lovely villa in a great location

The villa had everything we required for a two week winter break, very clean, comfortable bed in the master bedroom (only two of us so twin bedroom not used), pretty enclosed garden with plenty of areas to dine & relax in or out of the sun. Loved the activity of the nesting swallows. Only a five minute walk to the beach, although as we expected everything was closed at this time of year. There is a small bakery & grocery store a couple of minutes walk up the street, and San Pedro centre is a twenty minute level walk away for plenty of restaurants, bars & shops. The location was perfect for us, easy 15 minute drive to Marbella or Estapona, the old quarters of both resorts are a delight, very pretty, narrow streets & plazas, lots of interest, cafe's/restaurants/tapas. Benahavis is only a 10 minute drive away, Mijas a bit further, both well worth a visit. For retail therapy you can easily spend the whole day in La Canada shopping mall. For evenings in, there is just about every UK & European TV channel available, and the wifi is good. Gemma is great, always cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. Had a couple of small problems which she solved immediately for us. Thank you, Bob & Sue.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Service

Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Sehr schöne Terrasse, toller Pool, schöne Zimmer, gute Lage. Man kann zu Fuß zum Meer laufen. Der Strand hat eine schöne Promenade, die noch nicht mit großen HotelkĂ€sten zugebaut ist. Check-in und Kommunikation mit der Agentur waren völlig unproblematisch. Wir wissen wiederkommen und hatten eine tolle Woche.

Prima vakantiehuis met alles erop en eraan.

Uitstekende vakantievilla met een overdekt terras, een fijn zwembad op een handige locatie. Alles in de buurt, rustige omgeving. Als er ook nog wat beter keukengerei was geweest om te koken (fatsoenlijke pannen, spatel etc) was de ultieme 10 in de buurt.

Lovely villa

Comfortable villa in a quiet street. Great pool and very pleasant gardens surrounding the property. Loads of restaurants within easy walking distance as are 2 supermarkets. Gemma the house manager was really helpful with a couple of small issues we had. We really enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in coming back to stay again.

Excellent Stay

The property is perfect for everything, cleanliness, location, size, amazing outdoor space, safe parking and much more. The pool area is lit up in the evening and the garden is immaculate. The kitchen has more utensils than anywhere else we have ever stayed including a fish filleting knife! Beds really comfy and ample towels and also lots of other nice touches throughout the villa. Very close to a small Spar shop and bakery and within walking distance to a much large supermarket that stocks everything you will need but also close to the sea front. The host was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be visiting again hopefully very soon.

Schöne Finca

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in dem Haus verbracht. Alles ist sehr sauber und macht einen wirklich ordentlichen Eindruck. Die Lage hatten wir uns etwas zentraler vorgestellt. Ist aber nicht wirklich ein Kritikpunkt Etwas negativ war lediglich, dass fĂŒr rund die HĂ€lfte unseres Urlaubs in der NĂ€he ein Rummelplatz war, von dem tw. bis 4 Uhr morgens laute Musik zu hören war. Aber auch das konnte unseren Urlaub nicht trĂŒben.

Perfekt!

Wir hatten mit 4 Personen einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem sehr sauberen und schön eingerichteten Haus. Die Fotos entsprechen genau der RealitĂ€t. Zur BegrĂŒĂŸung erhielten wir eine Flasche Sekt und eine vollstĂ€ndige Grundausstattung fĂŒr die Reinigung. Es waren gekĂŒhlte GetrĂ€nke, EiswĂŒrfel, Öl/Essig, GewĂŒrze und Kaffee vorhanden. Diese Dinge wurden vermutlich netterweise von den Vormietern hinterlassen. Das Haus hatte (fast) alles, was man fĂŒr einen perfekten Aufenthalt benötigt. Lediglich kleine HandtĂŒcher, ein grĂ¶ĂŸerer Topf und ein Sonnenschirm hĂ€tten die Aussta ttung perfekt gemacht. Allerdings konnten wir uns auch so behelfen und haben bei der Agentur auch nicht nach diesen Dingen gefragt. Der Pool ist sehr groß und sauber. Der hĂŒbsche Garten und die große Terasse runden den Außenbereich ab. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Der Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Leider war der Strand Mitte September sehr dreckig und es roch sehr unangenehm. Allerdings haben uns die StrĂ€nde an der Costa del Sol leider hĂ€ufig enttĂ€uscht. Die Kommunikation mit Gemma verlief perfekt! Sie ist sehr sympathisch und antwortet sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. An einem Morgen war der Duschkopf defekt. Ein Austausch fand innerhalb von 2 Stunden problemlos statt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen und wĂŒrden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

The villa is everything you could possibly want, San pedro seemed very spread out and and we struggled to find a comfortable bar so had to travel to the port where we found lots of upmarket bars. But if you are a family looking to relax but keep a eye on the kids having fun in the pool it would be perfect, once in the villa it's so peaceful

Lovely bijou villa

Plenty of space for four to five people, we had five for part of our visit and my son slept on the sofa. Easy walk to the front and to supermarkets etc. Had a great time, that was our second time there. We would go back again.
