Everybody loves staying in elegant, one level paradise "Benty"(property of a Princess, Int. Architect) in Marbella's unique AAA exclusive, quiet Pavona Real park area with high palm-trees, sea view to Africa and Gibraltar, garden with pool full of flowers, exotic trees, oranges,In only 5 min. walk: golf, football, squash, tennis, caves, shops, banks, children playground, taxi, bus, 3 supermarkets, restaurants. In 10 min. walk : sandy beaches or historical old town-center of Marbella. For the summer: air conditioning in all bedrooms, for the winter underfloor-heating, indoor and outdoor open fireplaces (BBQ). Security. cleaning, washing, ironing in a sep. room not to disturb. Linen is changed every 7 days. The gardener works daily and cleans the pool. A carport at the entrance protects 1-2 cars. A library in 4 languages with travel and sight-seeing info., 2 SAT-TVs, free internet access, DVD, games ,music, guaranty perfect relaxation! Benty sleeps 4, the guest-apartment 1- 2 pers. (in the garage you find an extra bed, cot, children car seats, swim help, beach toys and umbrellas.
There is a BBQ on the South facing furnished terrace and 6 sun beds.

Beautiful house

Very nice house with a beautiful garden. We had a wonderful time and Elena, the host, was so nice and helped us if we had any questions. If you want to go to Marbella, this is the best place to stay.

Wonderful house and garden! Beautiful and relaxing with a fantastic manager, couldn’t have asked for a better house! If something had to change I would suggest to change bed and pillows in the master bedroom. We are aiming on coming back soon!

Very spacious and private. The staff was very helpful.Few things to note and be ready for:* It is about an 80-meter hike from sea level. We actually enjoyed it as an exercise after all the delicious meals by the beach.* A/C is only in the bedrooms. It wasn't a problem for us in October, but I am not sure how well we would have fared in July, though the house has thick walls.* Mosquitos - be ready and get all the tools you need on day one. Candles and smoke spirals worked.

Lovely holiday in a beautiful home with outstanding grounds.

The villa is an established ‘up market’ suburb of Marbella surrounded by other large homes with large gardens so a high degree of privacy. Casa Benty is beautiful with a large living area opening onto the gardens and pool. The popular Old Town (which is a must for dining out) is about 1.2 miles on foot and takes 20-25 minutes. Livelier areas such as Puerto Banus are a drive but with a hire car there are some fantastic places to visit. Elena (the property manager) saw us into the property and was faultless in her handover and communication - a brilliant property manager who was able to help out with useful information on places to visit and shop as well. This property genuinely feels more like a home than just a villa and would definitely invite another stay.

Nice villa with good inside and outside space. Great view of the ocean. My only negative is there was significant building work happening in the next door property. This is just bad luck on timings for us but it would have been good to have known this before arrival and be given the option to change the date of booking or cancel the booking. Appreciate this is not the owners fault or within their control, but there was significant noise monday to friday 8am to 3pm which impacted our stay.

Site de construction à côté - Construction site next door

Le beau temps était au rendez-vous, mais un site de construction à côté de la maison a gâché 3 jours de vacances sur 6. J'étais d'autant plus agacé, qu'après avoir lu le commentaire d'un vacancier datant de cette année indiquant que le bruit du chantier d'à côté avait gâché son séjour, j'avais contacté le loueur en amont qui m'a assuré que le gros oeuvre était terminé et qu'il n'y aurait aucune nuisance sonore durant mes dates. Factuellement : J'ai alerté la propriétaire de la nuisance sonore dès le 1er jour, mais elle n'avait pas le numéro de téléphone du donneur d'ordre du chantier. J'ai déposé une réclamation auprès d'Abritel dès la fin du 3ème jour, et j'ai pu constater une amélioration les 4ème et 5ème jours. Pendant ce laps de temps, j'ai eu la propriétaire en direct et j'ai convenu avec elle d'une compensation financière correspondant à 25% du prix du séjour perçu par elle. À ce jour, je n'ai toujours pas reçu la compensation en question. La relation avec le loueur a été intense en amont et pendant le séjour : - En amont : demande d'informations sur le chantier, j'ai été induit en erreur ; j'ai dû renvoyer les copies des passeports car le premier interlocuteur a eu un pépin de santé et n'a pas transmis les informations à la propriétaire qui a pris le relais. - Pendant le séjour : Alerte dès le 1er jour des nuisances sonores. Fin du 3ème, réclamation à Abritel. 4ème et 5ème jours : échanges qui aboutissent à un accord à l'amiable. Conclusion : trop compliqué.

Dear Guest, We feel sorry that your stay at Casa Benty in October has been disturbed by the neighbors construction work. It is not fare to say you have been mislead, we have been honest and did inform you from the first email that the construction work was not finished, only the heavy work, and that we had guests during the summer (who left 5* reviews on other platforms) followed by the owner's family in September testifying it has been quiet for them. Unfortunately, there was bad luck for you that the builders had to make noise precisely during the first days of your stay. Because I was in the hospital, the owner did everything possible to help you with this situation and even sent you a cheque as compensation for the inconvenience. It is impossible to control everything, sometimes unpredictable things happen, what we can assure our guests is that we will always do the best we can to find a solution for any situation. Kind wishes!

Es waren wunderschöne Tage in diesem so geschmackvoll und stilvoll eingerichtetem Anwesen, super Ausstattung, umgeben von einem traumhaften Garten. Blick bis zum Meer und in die Berge! Phantastisch! 10-15 minütiger Fußweg an den Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls fußläufig. Herzlichen Dank für die unkomplizierte & sehr sehr freundliche Betreung durch die Eigentümerin und durch die Verwalterin. Wir haben es genossen & bereits wieder gebucht!

A little bit of paradise! The gardens and pool are absolutely wonderful. We will be back!

We arrived at Casa Benty early and was met by a wonderful lady called Olga who explained everything we needed to know about the villa. There were just the two of us, myself and my husband staying and I can honestly say we more or less lived outside in the wonderful area of the gardens and the patio. The villa itself is charming with everything you could need in a holiday home - home from home! The property is situated in a lovely residential area where you feel safe, yet close to all amenities. We were delighted to meet the owner, albeit briefly, and would like to thank her personally for the experience. We would recommend this villa and can honestly say two weeks was not long enough, we could have stayed much much longer. We are already looking forward to booking again.

Lovely Villa in Marbella

A nice villa in a quiet part of Marbella, with a lovely garden and views to the sea. The villa is very easy to find, just a short distance from the AP7 main road from Malaga. We found the villa to be well equipped and the lounge was particularly nice. Although the villa looks to be some distance from the centre of Marbella, we found it easy to walk to and from the sea front on an evening or the old town on an afternoon. The veranda was also a nice place to relax, looking towards the sea in between using the pool. We had a lovely holiday, and the owner was very helpful responding to emails when required, and also checking that everything was OK mid-week.
