Modern Chalet Duplex - 1

Brand new modern Chalet set in an 1 acre lot with striking views of the hunch-back mountains. Custom built with high-rise ceilings and windows all around, our home will be a lovely personal experience to all our guests. It has a great backyard with hot-tub, patio, deck and firepit. Hot-tub seats 5 people and has a lounger. Kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and stocked with essentials. This listing is for the right-side unit of the Chalet built as a duplex.
1. Please no shoes inside the house. We track a lot of mud because the chalet is in a 1 acre lot
2. Please don`t throw any dirt, food or liquids in the hottub
3. Please don`t use soap or shampoo while in the hottub
4. Guests should do the dishes. The cleaning fee that my housekeeper charges is very high for cleaning dishes

Great stay for Mt. Hood Ski fun!

This place was just right for my hubs and I our 16-yr old son for a quick ski getaway to Mt. Hood. Super responsive host and it was exactly as described and very clean/comfortable space.

Very nice newer property, great kitchen, stocked well with spices, pots, and cleaning products. Great wifi, hot tub and even had logs available for campfire if fire allowed.

Rental is newish and comfortable; well represented in the photos. Could use additional / updated kitchenware and cleaning supplies. Be aware there is not much privacy from the adjoining duplex - expect noise and cooking smells from the neighbors and no privacy in hot tub. During our stay, there were three families in the adjoining studio, making heavy use of the shared hot tub.Could be a great option if you book both sides.

Convenient stay for Government Camp

The space was very pretty and clean, including a working hot tub! The kitchen was pretty well stocked with everything we needed for cooking (though I'd recommend bringing your own oil, just in case). Only suggestion to owner would be to add more hooks for hanging towels and damp snow gear!

Great getaway!

The property itself is beautiful! Check in/check out was painless. The location was perfect for spending the day on the slopes and the hot tub was the perfect way to end the day.

Perfect Stay

This modern duplex cabin had everything you could think of, no need to pack extra supplies here. Short drive to several trails, restaurants, grocery, government camp, and Timberline. Overall a great location. Host was responsive and gracious to all our questions and requests.

Modern Chalet

We really enjoyed our stay in Mount Hood Village. The house was clean, updated and was surrounded by trees on 3 sides of the property which gave nice views. The location was great, close to good restaurants and easy access to several ski areas and good hikes. The bed was comfortable and the couch doubles as another bed and was comfortable to lounge on while watching movies. The hot tub worked and was very clean. The only thing I would point out is the water is sourced from a well and has a high iron content, it was safe to use but would recommend bringing your own drinking water.

Relaxing gettaway close to Mt Hood

The house was comfortable with modern decor and an upscale feel. Had an overall nice stay at this property. The hot tub was clean and great to use. Proximity to Mt Hood is perfect. Location is also close to many great food options.
