This is where you want to be! Gulfport's charm evokes a sense of Old Florida with its quaint vintage homes and the genuineness of its residents. It's an eclectic, laid back, welcoming community. We are thrilled to share this vintage home with you in the Art District walking distance to everything Gulfport has to offer within a few blocks but cozy and quiet enough that you don't need to leave to experience an oasis with your own solar heated pool and private backyard.
The space: We look forward to hosting you and your 25lb or under furry dog friend to enjoy our two bedroom, one bath, updated home with modern fixtures and appliances. Each bedroom has a queen bed allowing the home to perfectly host two couples but small enough to feel cozy as a single. The living room is a space designed for lounging and conversation as is the additional room which is a dining space and conversation area. There is a television with a fire stick streaming in the living room and large bedroom. The bathroom is shower only, easy to step in and out without issue. There is a shower handle bar for those who feel they need the security. Experience outdoor living in the screened in patio-pool area; the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, lunch or a nightcap in a well-manicured, landscaped yard offering mature tropical trees surrounded by a privacy fence.
The kitchen has everything you need to start your day with a drip Black+Decker coffee maker, a DeLonghi double shot espresso maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Of course, it also includes pots and pans plus other kitchen staples to make meals at home. We often have a supply of a variety of teas available for your use. There is a grill kept in the garage that can easily be brought out to the uncovered portion of the patio. Please use the provided copper grill mats.
You can pack lightly because there is a washer and dryer in the garage. In the garage you will also find beach chairs. Of course, beach towels are offered in the linen closet in the home. We like to take advantage of the natural shade provided by the Australian pines that are just west of the beach volleyball court.
