New house with an 800-square-meter fenced yard in the countryside. Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Reversible air conditioning. Bedroom with a 160 king-size bed. 4-seater sofa bed in the living room with a 160 sleeping surface and a 17-cm-thick comfort mattress, large widescreen TV (connected via Wi-Fi). Wi-Fi hotspot for internet and TV access. Outdoor furniture. Baby gear available upon request. MANDATORY concierge service fee to be paid on-site = €160: full end-of-stay cleaning (we ask that you leave the property clean), disinfection COVID-19, as well as linens provided (bed sheets and bath towels). Pool photos coming soon for the 2021 season.
20 minutes from the beaches (Cassis, St. Cyr-les-Lecques, La Ciotat), 30 minutes from Toulon or Marseille. Many activities available: mountain biking or hiking in the great outdoors, paintball, laser tag, outdoor go-karting, donkey rides, horseback riding, OK Coral, Aquacity...
Village market on Saturday mornings; Carrefour Contact is open daily.

Rentals are ONLY available for a minimum of 7 days and on a weekly basis during the summer season. Ideal for 2 adults with 2 children or 2 couples without children.

10% discount for stays of 14 days or more. A security deposit of 1,500 euros in cash or by check is required upon arrival for the inventory check.
