We are both professionals just a few years from retirement living in Plant City Fl. We use this property for family to come and enjoy during the off season. We are a "hands on" owner that takes great pride in ownership. Our guest's wellbeing and safety are our 1# goal. This Condo has been owned by our family since 2009. We rent exclusively through VRBO once a year to help offset the yearly maintenance cost.

It is the perfect location for access to Dining, Dancing, Cold Snacks and the BEACH! The condo itself has everything you could ever dream of. It is full stocked and ready for you!

This completely renovated condo home has tranquil and expansive views of the Intracoastal waterway from every room in this condo! It is completely stocked with EVERYTHING you will ever need during your stay. Minutes to the beach and bars and restaurants. Onsite amenities that will amaze you!!
