About this property

Adorable Studio with Gulf Views and Easy Access to the Beach!

Please be aware that Hurricane Helene 2024 left some scars. Both of our units are upstairs and were spared, with no damage at all. However, there was flood damage to the downstairs units. They are now fully mold remediated (even the upstairs was treated as an extra precaution). The whole courtyard, the pool, washers, dryers all have been replaced. The downstairs units will be eventually restored, doors, drywall, furniture etc. It is insurance related and of course manpower related. Just permitting will take at least 2 months from now. If we know more, we will post it. The company we work with will reduce the impact to a minimum, but we simply cannot exclude possible build activity 100%.

Unit 213 is decorated in a fun, beachy theme with all the comforts of home! After a fun day at the beach, grab a drink, sit on the deck and enjoy views of the sun setting over the Gulf!

This studio is perfect for a couple or a young family. The unit is spacious enough for a long-term stay. The floor plan allows for a bed, desk, flat-screen TV, dining table and comfortable chair all with distance to the kitchen and a nice-sized bathroom with hairdryer and plush towels. With the layout as a T configuration, you will still be in the midst of the action without feeling too confined.

Enjoyed our stay and was just a 1-2 minute walk across the street to the beach. Was nice also to have the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella to use. Also walking distance to several restaurants. Hope to be back again next year.

Very nice accommodations! The pictures of the outside were a bit dated (the difference was explained in the listing), but not a big enough difference to deter us from staying there again.The check in process was easy and the host was very accessible when questions arose. Proximity to the beach was very close and was located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

The condo was adorable and exactly what we needed! The pool was great, and the location was quiet and relaxing. They’re still rebuilding, so the beach access was a little farther down than usual, but it was still a good spot. The property manager was super easy to work with, which made the whole stay even smoother.

Bathroom sink water flow bare minimum, hot water set at scalding hot temp and hard to control w lever type control, weeds growing thru astro turf a foot high , umbrellas above tables dirty, and garbage not being removed from common courtyard. Unit itself was clean amd cute. Looks like owners of other units may not be contributing to maintenance? Sad cause I stayed here before hurricane and entire complex was very clean and well kept.

You left a message for the cleaner but unfortunately you never contacted me, giving me a chance to address the issues of your concerns. Once I found out I contacted you right away. The reason for the low water pressure on the sink was a clogged filter. It was very easy to clean and was done right away. It was an issue on the shower obviously too. I contacted the management company as well to address the other issues you mentioned. Not sure if you did not contact me out of politeness, but next time please do. I am sure trying always my very best that you can enjoy your vacation.

Our stay at this property was wonderful! Our room was perfect and had a cooler, umbrella, and beach towels provided so we didn’t have to go to the store to buy any! The pool was large and very clean. The beach access is a little further down than our last stay due to the hurricane, but it is still a very short walk and easily accessible. Burkhard was very responsive and kind throughout our stay. Would recommend and stay again!!!

While staying at their properties, the owners enjoy the easy access to the beach, delicious seafood restaurants and the close distance to Tampa International Airport. They often skip the rental car and take a shuttle to the condo and use the Trolley service that runs from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach! Even John's Pass and Treasure Island are close by.
