This heavenly mountain retreat features some of the best views in Georgia right from your private back deck! Kick back in the porch rocking chairs with a great mystery novel and listen to the woods chirping around you. Get creative with the open full kitchen to make something extraordinary for friends and family to enjoy over the handsome dining table. Use the gas grill to grill up some fresh Georgia peaches to enjoy over vanilla ice cream! Then, host a movie night with the DVD or VCR players and the large TV or challenge someone to a friendly game of air hockey or foosball.

Visit Mercier Orchards, just 15 miles west, to sample their hard ciders, fruit, vegetables, and pies, and savor their wine tastings. Speaking of wine tastings, you can find great wineries in Blue Ridge, such as Serenberry Vineyards, Mercier Orchards, and Bear Claw Vineyards.

Very nice atmosphere and comfortable setting. The view was perfect! The cabin was very cozy and comfortable. Perfect getaway spot from the hustle and bustle of the world for the weekend. Loved the heating unit in the bathroom, it’s the small things that matter.

Nice cabin, beds could be improved but I’ve seen worse! Hot tub jets don’t all work and the water is putrid you need a shower after use!

Thank you for your feedback, Ryan. Kindly note that the hot tub is cleaned and the water is changed and filled after every guest stay. This home is on well water which is different from city water and has higher mineral content, which could cause a different smell. Our team uses bromine and shock/chlorine to sanitize the hot tub. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future!

Well water made me sick

When we arrived at the property the water was cut off. After an hour of communicating with the rental agency someone showed up to fix it apparently the filters have been changed and no one turn the water back on which caused a severe bacterial infection for me to suffer for the next two weeks. The hot tub cover is in total disrepair and cannot be handled by one person covered in duct tape. The basement stairs are very steep and was not disclosed in the listing

Many pros but some cons with easy fixes

This cabin is absolutely beautiful and was very clean upon arrival. The couches were both very comfortable and felt to be relatively new. We only used the bed on the lower level and it felt like it was newer as well. Mattress was firm, but consistently firm and not lumpy at all. Lower level is practically livable all on its own. The only reason we retreated to the upper level was to utilize the fridge and to enter/exit the home as the lower level exit does not have a keyless entry. Bathroom on lower level is very large and comfortable to accommodate more than one person getting ready at a time. Kitchen appeared to have all essentials to cook/dine, however we did not utilize any of it. Some cons: - Listing claims to have Netflix access, however it does not (due to new Netflix policies) - Notebook in the living room is outdated (including certificate/license copy) - Checkout policies are not clear/consistent. The listing, the notebook on site, and the check out email all list very different check out instructions (i.e. hot tub, bed sheets, thermostat, etc) - Need additional trash can(s) on lower level. The only trash can is the small one in the bathroom. - Exterior doors need window coverings. The cabin is secluded, but this was still a safety concern. - Several jets in the hot tub do not work. This was not a major issue as it was just the two of us, but should be corrected. - Lower level bedroom could really use a ceiling or box fan. It was considerably warmer on the lower level and hard to cool down on warmer days. - Kitchen has a few larger knives that are seriously damaged/deformed and need to at least be discarded, if not replaced - Several random/broken things found in various drawers around the cabin (but made a fun “game” to see all the oddities around the place) - Navigation was sketchy as it continuously attempted to navigate us down private drives labeled as streets. Learn the route to the condo off the last paved road, and always follow that as a starting point. - Listing stated there is no internet, but there is WiFi. It’s a lot of “cons” but these are all very minor and absolutely would not hinder us wanting to stay again in the future.

Great little cabin!

It was incredibly clean, well-furnished, and had a spectacular view! All in all, can't complain at all! No WiFi, but plenty of cell signal between all the big carriers.

This is beautiful place, they have everything that you need for amazing time and relax but……keep in mind that this cabin do not have wifi available even when they offered in the website. If you are good with this exception you will give the 5 stars as well. Really good and cleaning place. They deserved good reviews.

Gorgeous views, lovely cabin

We had a great time here, the views are just lovely from the deck and the hot tub was a great feature, as was the wood-burning fireplace. Very clean on arrival. No WIFI - not a problem, just make sure you are aware if you were planning on streaming movies or something like that. The cabin is fairly close to neighbors, yet still feels secluded and private. Would definitely come back here again.

Quaint and Quiet

The cabin was as shown in the pictures. Very clean but bear bones. Bring anything you may need along with you by way of the kitchen since the bowls, pans, tools were ver limited. Had to go out and buy detergents to use the dishwasher and washing machine. Otherwise enjoyed the hot tub and the view. Didn't even have time to use the downstairs amenities because the firepit and hot tub were great and sucked the crowd in. Would stay here again anytime, but just come prepared!

Wonderful comfortable stay. Beautiful views! Hot tub perfect. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of room for us. Game room was great to have on rainy day. Only wish was a few more towels. Had to be on top of towel usage with 4 men in the house.

Honest review pros and cons

I don’t normally leave a review even if I’m unhappy but this time I had to . PROS: For the most part it was clean , nice view , nice fireplace and loved they had all the wood we needed for our 4 night stay, plenty of TP ,paper towel and trash bags laundry soap was nice , plenty of towels, every morning we seen deer from the balcony. CONS: All living room furniture was veryyy old uncomfortable, down stairs couch was decrepit you felt like you were sitting on the floor, the air hockey table is very old the air does not blow that well,. Hot tub has seen much better days , it looks a little scary inside on the walls just badly stained . Every bed is hard as a rock like sleeping on a board but some visitors may like that , by the 4th night all four of us had sore backs and ready to leave . No WiFi which we new in advance but it really sucked , no streaming movies🙁. The driveway is a little tricky very steep , the drive is ok arriving but leaving the cabin is a little difficult especially if you were just in a car. Hope you found this helpful ☺️

Boating, hiking , tubing all near by so it makes for a great location....then back at the cabin you got jacuzzi and grill- Mountain View .... it was a very pleasant time ....so worth it!
