Fabulous 4 Bedroom 3 bath home on Fripp Island,SC

This fantastic 4 bedroom 3 bath home is all on one floor. With a spacious open floor plan and easy flow, it has a well stocked large kitchen for all your cooking needs. There are three eating areas, two large dining tables and 4 bar stools at the kitchen breakfast bar.

After a sun filled day at the beach come back and enjoy our spacious deck and screened porch. Relax with your drink of choice and listen to your favorite music on Bluetooth system. While cooking on our new Weber gas grill, there is a large cooler that you can fill with your favorite drinks. After you have eaten, sit back and enjoy our new patio with a gas fire pit and Adirondack chairs.

The great room, that opens to the deck, has a 65" Flat Screen TV for your viewing. Each bedroom has its own TV. The Bunk Room has 3 bunk beds with single size mattresses and there are kid size chairs to watch TV or play video games. There is a large front porch with rocking chairs for your enjoyment. Take a book and relax.

Amenity cards can be purchase from us, for $55 per person, for anyone 13 years and older, during the season, Memorial Day to Labor Day. After Labor Day to Memorial Day they are $39 for 4 night stay and $28 for a 3 night stay.
The Amenity cards are use for any of the Fripp Resort facilities, Restaurants,
7 swimming pools, Tennis, 2 golf courses and food court.

Included in your rental are two gas golf carts, a 4 seat and a 6 seat golf cart, for your enjoyment riding around Fripp Island. Beach chairs, Cable TV, and sound system. Smart Screen TV for your streaming. We have a Ping Pong table for your family tournament, a Foosball table, and have a basketball shooting game to have a family contest.
For those Football fans we offer the NFL Sunday Ticket for your pleasure.

House was very nice! The kitchen is stocked well. They added an additional freezer and refrigerator to the basement that was very helpful. We had an issue with one of the golf carts and Sam communicated with us to get it fixed and received a loaner during our stay. Wonderful stay!

Just what we needed

What a great house. Open space, great porches and lots of extras. We loved the deer in the yard, the more then fully stocked kitchen and two golf carts. The game room with a second full fridge and freezer was perfect. Can’t wait to stay there next year with our family.

A trip to Fripp.

The house where we stayed was wonderful and very clean. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Our grandchildren love the recreation room downstairs. The adults enjoyed it also. We are looking forward to going back to the same house this summer.

The Wear-House

Really enjoyed our second stay at "The Wear-House". Good location, excellent kitchen, game room downstairs, outdoor grill, and the golf carts. Very nice additions since our last stay, were the extra refrigerator and freezer units downstairs. Also the two fans added in the play room were great on the hot days. Have already booked for next year.

We really enjoyed the home. It had everything for all ages and everything was in great working order. We kept having to go back and forth on who was going and Sam was very patient with us. You will not go wrong renting this home. The area under the house is larger than it looks in the pictures.

The house was immaculate and better than advertised. The kitchen was extremely well stocked which made for a spectacular family weekend cooking and catching up. Very clean, very well appointed rental property that completely fit my family's needs, which at one point included 8 people. Everything updated and modern. I lived on Fripp Island for twenty years and a property manager for eight years. I want people to experience the beauty and tranquility of the island. I enjoy seeing guests, with their families having a good time. Seeing the children looking at the deer up close for the first time, along with their parents. The joy that Fripp Island brings to our families is very satisfying. They don't want to leave.

Why they chose this property

This large house is on Remora Dr. Which is a quiet area of the island yet just a short golf cart ride to anywhere on the island. This unique house has the eleventh hole fairway in it back of the house. The house sits back on the property far enough and still enjoy the front porch and watch what is going on out front.

What makes this property unique

This house is fantastic with 2,900 sq. feet of living space. The openness of the floor plan makes it very comfortable for all to enjoy. The owner of this house has made it stand out from all of the other properties. The game room has many games for adult competition and also for the children. There is a large screen porch for dining and relaxing. Also in the backyard is an area that has a fire pit and a covered seating area to get away from the main stream of the house. The kitchen is to die for with all of your cooking needs. There is an elevator in the house for those that may have a difficult time going up and down steps. Once you get to the main floor you won't have to leave. Everything is there on that floor. It has what what we call the bunk room that can sleep 12 people. There are three full size bunks with standard size mattresses.
