This is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath new house in a quiet subdivision in Grovetown, Georgia. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level that can sleep five. One bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom. There are twin beds in one bedroom and a day bed in the other. The downstairs master bedroom has a full SleepNumber bed and ensuite bathroom with a small private toilet room. The downstairs floor plan is open. It has an electric fireplace and a comfortable sectional couch. The property has a decorative flex room and a two-car garage. Parking is not permitted on the street in front of the house, but there is a three-car parking pad in the driveway. Guests can access the pool when open. Stores are conveniently located a short 5-minute drive away. The Trails at Euchee Creek where you can jog is close by. The Masters Tournament is about a 25-minutes car ride away.
