Ideally located in the heart of the Hautes Vosges in a quiet and natural environment, the chalet is located high up in the pretty village of Le Ménil. Comfortable and well equipped, it also benefits from pleasant outdoor spaces.
Detached chalet on 1 floor consisting of 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8 in total): 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Living room-kitchen with fireplace, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 toilets on each level, electric heating in each room, balcony, terrace.
Tourist and sports activities are varied and many remain near the chalet. The main ski areas are located within a radius of less than 15 km. Playground shared by the chalets: swing, bowling green, bowling alley, table tennis.
Utilities included, electricity, water, tourist tax, and cleaning included in the price.
Bed linen and towels are provided
Not included in the price firewood for the fireplace and bag of pellets for the stove in the veranda.
Supermarket and shops less than 3km from the chalet.
Firewood is available to the tenant at the price of 15 euros for 15 logs of 50 cm and bag of pellets at 6€ per bag of 15KG

Wir waren mit unserer Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Der Blick war herrlich. Das Nordiche Bad war bei der Hitze eine super Erfrischung und das Haus ist angenehm kühl. Das Besteck ist für uns etwas gewöhnungs bedürftig gewesen, das ein oder andere Küchenutensil hätte noch da sein können z.b. eine Soßenkelle oder eine Pfanne mehr. Das aber so viele Geräte da waren wie z.b. ein Raclette, Crepes Maker oder eine Grillplatte hat uns sehr überrascht das hat man selten das war sehr angenehm da das Grillen bei der Hitze selbstverständlich untersagt wurde. Im Ganzen würden wir gerne wieder kommen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter.

Zeer mooie chalet en terras, zeer mooie ligging boven de vallei, zeer vriendelijk onthaal en service van de host. Très beau chalet et belle terrasse, vue magnifique sur la vallée,agréable fraicheur la nuit par temps chaud. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire.

Accueil chaleureux

Nous avons apprécié le séjour passé au Ménil pendant 11 nuits. Nous avons découvert la région Grand Est pour la première fois. Nous conseillons ce gîte qui était chaleureux et le propriétaire était accueillant. Il était disponible et disposé pour répondre à nos attentes. La véranda est un espace de détente qui nous a permis de profiter et d'apprécier le beau paysage panoramique. Nous nous sommes bien reposés.

Gemütliches Nest

Wir waren zu siebt (2 x ca 50 + 5 x Teenager) über die Winterferien in Regis Haus und haben die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit, insbesondere den Kamin sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an Regis, der sich sehr gut, um uns gekümmert hat.
