About this property

Great view, on the water

Located on Highway seven S. and on the main channel of Lake Hamilton , close to Oaklawn Race Track and Casino, marinas, restaurants, and Shopping. Two bedrooms and two full baths. Open floor plan so you can see the beautiful views that can be seen from kitchen, dining room, master bedroom, and living area. The split floor plan for the bedrooms offers privacy. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and a large walk-in closet. Large master bathroom with Sanna shower and rain shower built-in also has double vanities. Master bedroom also has an entrance to the balcony from the master. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and it’s own separate bath. There is a put out queen size sofa in living room. You will enjoy beautiful sunsets on the balcony. General information: the homeowners association has passed a ordinance saying that no boats are boat. Trailers can be parked on the property. But I do have property in Hot Springs where you can park your boat or trailer for a small fee, you just need to let me know if you need to bring one.

Loved this place. Great comfortable stay right on the lake near great dining (Luna Bella). Balcony was fantastic. Really wish the lights on the balcony weren’t on same switch as the fan on the balcony. The fan felt great at night but the lights brought some bugs, but that’s just a minor thing. Location and accommodations are excellent. Will stay again.

Nick was great!!! It is exactly how the photos look. I loved how everything was labeled and neatly organized. The view was amazing. I gave 4 stars for clean because there were a lot of spider webs & dust under the furniture and floors and I have bad allergies. Other than that, I would definitely recommend and I will be returning for sure!!!

The condo was excellent; we had the door to the balcony open most of the time, whether sitting outside or just enjoying the sounds of the lake. Everything we needed was provided. I would absolutely love to stay there again.

Great View! Great Location! Comfortable beds! The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the A/C. When we arrived on Friday it was set on 74 and I turned it down to 70. The temperature in the condo did not reach 70 until we were checking out on Sunday. We did not spend a lot of time there in the day so it wasn't unbearable at night but it definitely wasn't as comfortable as we are used to being. We had a great time!
