This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is nestled behind privet hedges in a great location, close to every thing Southampton has to offer, vineyards, ocean beaches, village shopping and fine dining. The home offers amazing spaces for entertaining inside and out with an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen and living and dining room area with sliders to back deck. The park-like backyard with heated inground pool and outdoor shower offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. 2 spacious bedrooms are located on 1st floor with full bath (walk in shower). 2nd floor offers 2 spacious bedrooms and Jack and Jill bathroom with tub, shower, & double sinks. Basement offers washer/dryer area for ease of cleaning towels and clothes. Great Location close to Shinnecock Golf Course and US Open Golf Events.

Another great time at 123 Henry. Comfortable with new A/c units. Greater entertainment with the simpler TV system. But the greatest pool with privacy galore! Perfect getaway!

Great escape from the city life!

The pictures truly do not do this property justice - it is beautiful! We had a great time escaping the city and enjoying the beautiful backyard and pool. I think the dog loved it more than we did! The house comes equipped with a grill that we used every day and a beautiful chefs kitchen! Each bedroom was extremely roomy and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect House!

The pictures don't do the home justice. Theres was a ton of spaces and rooms, the kitchen clean and just what we needed. We spent most of our time in the big beautiful backyard enjoying the heated pool and playing games on the grass!

Great place for a short stay!!!

The property is great. I would rent again. The only negative for me was the assumption the house was “Central Air.” The a.c.’s are in bedrooms but one needs to assemble heat exchange into windows. Great backyard, and I mean really great!

Great home with lovely pool close to all

This is a great house that is close (quick drive) to town and beach. The side streets to this block are very busy roads and that is why I didn’t give the location 5 stars. The pool and backyard are beautiful. We went in August and it was not an issue to not have a heated pool. There were towels, beach chairs - everything we needed. The manager is super responsive. For instance when we asked for the pool people to come after a storm, they were there in an hour! When the dryer wasn’t working well, he ordered a new washer and dryer. I can’t say enough about how helpful he was. The few “issues” were that the AC units are portable units - for us that wasn’t much of an issue because it wasn’t too hot out. The house is a bit damp, but I believe there was a dehumidifier in the basement that we didn’t try. We would definitely rent this house again. Nice renovated kitchen and a pool that is fantastic!

friend's weekend

The house was good for a friend's weekend, super close to Southampton town made it very convenient. It was spacious, updated, there were more beds than expected, and the yard was large. However, we were unable to use the upstairs bathroom at all due to a big leak it caused in the downstairs bathroom This made the stay a bit more complicated. The property manager was very responsive when I reached out to inform of the leak, so I appreciated that. I wish the home was a bit cleaner/in better shape as well as there were spiders in every room and ripped screens. It was nice to have A/C units in the upstairs bedrooms but not having any on the main floor was not ideal in summer heat.

Beautiful spacious home very close to downtown

This house was better than the pictures! We were a group of friends on a weekend getaway and this place worked perfectly. Some things we wish we knew before arriving: The first floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and one bedroom with an oversized twin as well as a full bathroom, beautiful open floorplan kitchen/living/dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need (including a lobster pot). The second floor has one bedroom with two twins and one bedroom with a full and two twins connected by a large double vanity bathroom. All the bedrooms have individual A/C units. The highlight of this house is the pool, which was very large and had some nice lounge chairs around it. The outdoor deck also has a large picnic table that seated all 8 of our guests comfortably and a big grill/outdoor food prep area. Overall, the house was sparkling clean and had every amenity we could want! We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Value

Beautiful property, great location, newly renovated home and very well appointed. My family loved the pool and close proximity to town and amazing shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!
