Charming, clean and cozy, this open floor plan home will make you feel welcome! Comfy three bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen) with additional full sized bed in semi finished basement. Basement has additional large 75 inch flat screen tv and den area. Free wireless internet, central air, large backyard deck with ample seating, fire pit table, outdoor couch, gas grill, outdoor shower, bicycles, paddle boards and a laser sailboat.

We are a family of four, we have two grown children and have been coming to the Hamptons for over twenty years.
Why they chose this property
We bought our home a few years ago after renting every summer in the Hamptons. We love water sports, especially sailing, and this was the perfect spot! Our kids can walk to the bay, and the ocean beaches are a quick car or boat ride away. We are able to keep two boats at our dock, a 22 foot runabout and a lazer sailboat. There is nothing like the natural beauty of the Hampton's beaches. Cooper Beach in Southampton has been repeatedly voted one of the top beaches in the US. We also love the fun nightlife the Hamptons has to offer, there is never a lack of something fun to do. The kids feel the same, there are endless activities to keep them busy from day into night.
