Price incl. all utilities, plus 1 gig fiber optic internet. 1 covered, secured parking space provided with additional street parking. Enjoy the use of 2 new bicycles to explore paved trails and riding around Old Town. The Woodhouse Spa and Hello Brew is neighbor building. Our property is an end unit with lots of windows & directly outside the front door is an outdoor gas fireplace gathering area or your own personal patio. The inside has 9" ft ceilings, polished concrete floors, full kitchen with quartz countertops, central A/C, in-condo washer/dryer, and King size bed. Best Stay Ever

This property is incredible for many reasons. The location is ideal and the attention to detail the owners give made our stay truly a home away. We had everything we needed, including a Nutri Bullet for our morning smoothies! Everything was clean, orderly and so comfortable. We enjoyed a two month stay so we could be close to our children who live in Fort Collins. We walked the lovely Poudre River Trail daily, just a few steps away from the condo. We will miss so much and already look forward to our next stay!

Comfy Clean Modern

New beautiful comfortable condo space with lots of extras, including an amazing outdoor sitting area and community room with view of the mountains. Location to Old Town is two blocks, and breweries and coffee shops next door are a treat. The unit is well stocked with again lots of extra amenities. The couches and bed are very comfortable, and an easy to use current TV set up. And best of all, Tiffin and Dana are responsive, organized, friendly and pleasant. High ratings all around!

Excellent Property

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Dana and Tiffin addressed questions immediately. Could not be a better location for hiking, biking, fishing, breweries plus walking to Old Town for shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay at Confluence again!

I've lived in Ft. Collins for 27 years. I'm a health insurance broker with an office located in Midtown Ft. Collins. My wife, Tiffin and I enjoy the outdoors with our family almost every weekend. Either hiking, road biking, or just out exploring. In the Summer, paddle boarding is one of our favorite activities. We're currently working on a new garden area for our backyard to grow our own vegetables.
