Amazing Old Town Fort Collins location on beautiful and historic Mountain Avenue, just 5 block west of Old Town/downtown, 6 blocks north of Colorado State University and 6 blocks to City Park. The 475 S.F. unit has its own exterior access/entrance off of the alley, including a dedicated parking space, and has numerous carefully placed windows providing an abundance of natural light. Perfect place for a visit to Fort Collins. Everything was easy. Nice setup, about a mile walk to old town, coffee, and shops along a beautiful tree-lined street. The space is quiet, well-buffered from any traffic noise, and has a nice parking spot off the street. Enjoyed a couple of rides on the trolley, coffee at Butterfly cafe, and essentials are a short stroll to the Co-Op. Will definitely return.

The Loft on Mountain Ave. was a great stay. Everything was in order and clean when we arrived. Location is just a short walk to town and having a parking space next to the garage allows you to park the car and walk from there.

We arrived in the dark but the directions given were accurate and thorough and we didn't have any problems finding the loft, parking or letting ourselves in. The space and amenities were clean, the sheets were cotton (thank you! I hate microfiber :) ) and everything we needed was provided. The loft is an excellent configuration. The alley was quiet and located close to downtown and all of the places we needed to be. We really enjoyed our stay and will try to stay there again if the need arises.
