Experience a fun-filled vacation on the shores of Miramar Beach at Tops'l Summit, where you'll have access to fantastic resort amenities that include swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, and free tram service to the beach! Wake up to commanding views of the Gulf of Mexico and the verdant nature preserve next door, and spend your days swimming, riding bikes, golfing, and shopping in the surrounding area.

The renowned Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort features indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, a sauna and steam room, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball right on its grounds. You can either walk or ride the free tram to the white-sand beach, and dine each evening at one of the two on-site restaurants. The shops, restaurants, and attractions of Baytowne Wharf are two miles north, and the tranquil walking trails of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park await four miles east.

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This property was AMAZING! The pictures accurately showed the home! It was clean, well stocked and comfortable! The shuttle service was top tier when going to and from the beach with loads of things. Speaking of… the home came with beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, fishing poles! So much! It was indeed helpful for a fun day on the beach. The property was tucked off and quiet yet close to Destin’s activities. Will definitely be back to this location.

Good not great.

I enjoyed the location, the kitchen was well stocked, and the resort was nice. The unit needs some updating. Linens were very thin, we were quite cold at night, no blankets just thin coverlets. The beds were uncomfortable. The side door to the balcony in the primary bedroom wouldn’t open, seemed to be salt rusted shut. There was no internet and no modem to be found. I called Vacasa and was advised to use the internet from a different unit. All in all could have been much better with simple updates.

Luxury Suites

We had an amazing stay at this resort. The Units were much more luxurious than hotel suites. My complaints are rather minor; but, I will say that that this particular unit was a Major step down from the initial unit we booked (though still a nice unit). This unit also seemed a bit less attended to than the previous unit we booked and the bathtubs appeared a bit dirty. Neither unit had a sufficient amount of cleaning items handy for the guests (no additional trash bags, no additional paper towels, no cleaning wipes, no face cloths, etc.) Overall this vacation stay was beautiful and amazing even with those minor issues. The quality of these units was quite impressive to myself, my family and our guests. Before booking a room for our travels, we now first search for properties associated with your organization. Everything was Great!

This is our third summer staying in the TOPSL community and we've always had a great experience. Everything we needed for the condo was there, only thing missing was an umbrella for the beach, other than that the stay was great. Would definitely be back again and recommend.

This condo was home away from home in paradise! They had everything to complete your stay and the complex was very clean.. beautiful balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. We also enjoyed the beaches, tennis, health club and restaurants near by.

Nice views!!!

Summit 705 had some really nice views! It’s not beachfront, but it was still nice. The condo itself was furnished nicely. TOPS’L offered a shuttle service to the beach and other areas in the resort which was great! I would return to this resort, but would definitely prefer beachfront. The private beach was great as well. Not too crowded.

Perfect Family Getaway!

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was in the condo or on the property. From kids cups/plates to slow cookers...it was all there. Every morning we had breathtaking views of the sunrise over the reserve. We spent time at the beach and at the pool every day. We could always find chairs by the pool, and there was some shade (and umbrellas) if we needed it. The condo was tastefully decorated, bright, and comfy. My two young daughters (6 and 2) shared the second bedroom...which also fit the pack n play that we brought. We will be back!!!

Wonderful retirement vacation

This residence was extremely well suited for our 4 adults and 4 year old. We totally enjoyed having accessibly to the two swimming pools and short walk to the beach. Two bedroom/ two bath/ fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, full size refrig/ stacking laundry units/WI-FI/ plenty of relaxing space in living/ dining area/ beautifully decorated/ three smart tv’s/ beautiful tile floors for easy sand cleanup .....everything you could ask for and more. We all enjoyed our fun week away from home, especially the retiring guy. What more could he ask for? We all had so much fun and hope to come back again. Extremely CoVid 19 friendly and conscientious staff.
