We have restored this beautiful family farmhouse to welcome family, friends, and holidaymakers in a comfortable, elegant, and relaxing setting.

The fully enclosed garden features a pleasant terrace, a covered patio, a pétanque court, a secure swimming pool heated from May through October, and an outdoor shower.

The ground floor of the house features a large open-concept living area with a kitchen and living room, a laundry room, a bathroom, and a bedroom (with a 160-size bed) with an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, there is a first bedroom (with a 140-size bed), a bathroom, a toilet, and a second bedroom (with a 160-size bed).

The house is fully air-conditioned.

Caumont-sur-Durance is ideally located 13 kilometres from the Avignon TGV station and 3 kilometres from the A7 highway (Avignon Sud exit).

You can explore the magnificent villages of Provence: L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and its flea markets, Gordes and its beautiful stone houses, Roussillon and its ochre quarries, Avignon and the Palace of the Popes, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Ménerbes, Bonnieux, and so many others.

The village offers all the local shops you need: a bakery, supermarket, tobacco shop, newsstand, pharmacy, florist, and fish market.
