Our accommodation is ideal for both business and family stays. It is set in a true haven of peace, with the beach just 10 minutes away. You'll wake up to the sound of birdsong. You'll have 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped terrace at your disposal, in a wonderfully welcoming setting, surrounded by a flower-filled garden complete with a table and garden chairs — perfect for enjoying a sundown drink — or you can take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool to relax.
We'd like to remind you that our villa is not simply a place to stay, but a genuine human experience, in perfect harmony with the spirit of Abritel. Here, human connection and authenticity are at the heart of what we do. Our priority is to offer you a warm welcome, sincere hospitality, and meaningful exchanges. If you are looking for a traditional hotel service with meticulous attention to every detail, we recommend turning to specialised establishments. For convenience, we often advise travellers to make photocopies of their ID documents and travel tickets so they can move around Cayenne city centre with peace of mind.
CONDITIONS REGARDING PETS
Accepting pets does not exempt us from the hygiene and safety regulations in force regarding their welcome.
For this reason, we ask our guests to provide us, prior to any booking, with all the information necessary to accommodate their pet.
We do not accept pets without any prior information being shared.
We do not accept potentially dangerous pets.
Any dangerous behaviour on the part of the pet will automatically result in the termination of the rental.
We do not offer any pet-sitting service, as we are not qualified to do so.
We do not accept more than two pets per stay, in order to ensure the comfort of all.
Guests are solely responsible for the behaviour and safety of the animals accompanying them. Any damage to property within the accommodation (villa, garden and pool) will automatically be billed or deducted from the security deposit.
We inform our valued guests that the management of unsupervised pets within our accommodation is subject to the hygiene and safety conditions in force; therefore, we do not allow pets to be left enclosed inside the accommodation in their owners' absence. The open terrace and the fenced garden, both relatively spacious, will provide sufficient comfort for any pet throughout the stay.
ENERGY AND ECOLOGICAL TRANSITION
All living areas of the accommodation are air-conditioned and ventilated. However, in this period of ecological and energy transition, we encourage our guests to use the air conditioning responsibly. We invite you to switch off the air conditioning units when you are out, and to avoid leaving doors open while the air conditioning is running. If we notice excessive or improper use of the air conditioning, we reserve the right to switch it off in order to preserve the environment and maintain responsible energy consumption. As the villa is located just a five-minute walk from the beach, the trade winds will offer you natural climatic comfort, especially for those who will enjoy the soothing escape provided by the hammocks made available.
PARTIES AND SMOKING AREAS
We do not allow large festive events (karaoke, wedding receptions, dance parties), as our accommodation is unfortunately not suited to this type of event.
The setting we offer is therefore both family-friendly and intimate.
We allow our guests to invite outside friends to the villa on a modest scale, provided that this does not disturb the harmonious comfort of everyone (neighbours included). In any case, the total number of guests must not exceed half the number of travellers staying at the property.
Leisure areas, parking spaces, and access to the villa's digital and multimedia resources are reserved exclusively for our guests.
The presence of smoke detectors in all the villa's living areas requires us to prohibit smoking inside the accommodation, although smoking is permitted in the garden and surrounding areas.
PARKING
To ensure everyone's comfort, only one passenger vehicle is allowed to park inside the villa grounds. A second vehicle may be parked outside, directly in front of the villa, taking care not to park in front of neighbouring properties. If this outside space is not used by the occupants of the booking, it may be made available to a vehicle belonging to a guest of the occupants. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation, which contribute to a pleasant and harmonious experience for all visitors and neighbours.
LEGAL FRAMEWORK AND ABRITEL CONDITIONS
The idyllic setting of our accommodation does not exempt it from the legal framework imposed by our territory: the use of illegal substances, prostitution, and procuring are strictly prohibited.
In accordance with Abritel's terms, we remind guests that any additional persons not included in the booking who use our accommodation will be subject to additional charges.
CANCELLATION OF THE BOOKING
We attach great importance to compliance with the rules established to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, we will regretfully be obliged to terminate the current Abritel booking, with no possibility of refund.
