Studio close to Bourda beach, in a quiet, leafy setting.
Aurélia and Yann, we will welcome you with pleasure in our charming large studio of 32m² with its terrace of 18m². Kitchen lounge area with gas hob and oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. Wifi and canalsat, 2-seater bed, bathroom toilet. You also have access to the washing machine and dryer, as well as the garden and the swimming pool.
Beach at 300m, forest path at 300m. 10 min from the city centre, 10min from the hospital, 30 min from the airport.
Our house is bioclimatic, we produce our electricity, collect and reuse rainwater. We attach great importance to respect for the environment and our energy expenditure. We therefore ask you to use the air conditioning in a reasoned way, to systematically turn it off when you leave and not to leave it running all day. Thank you for supporting us in our approach.
