It was great for what we needed most, a quiet place to visit grandson and his wife with the active 2 year old. He ran all over the park a block area.If watching tv is important to you, the internet buffited often.

Thank you for your stay and for the thoughtful review! I’m so glad the home worked well for your visit with family and that your grandson enjoyed the nearby park 😊
I also appreciate the feedback regarding the internet. We’re currently continuing improvements to the network and coverage to help provide a smoother streaming experience for guests.
It was a pleasure hosting you both!
This is a wonderful little 2 bedroom in a great neighborhood and great location. Everything about our stay was amazing and the host always responded back to me within 10 minutes. Would definitely stay there again.
Great Location-- enjoyed the arboretum! Very clean, terrific amenities, air conditioning was lovely as it was 90 plus! And wonderful, timely communication. Would def book again :)
We had travel delays and our host was so easy to work with. She responded promptly and compassionately and the house was ready for us when we arrived. We took a nice walk through the arboretum located nearby and saw wild turkeys in the neighborhood. Parking was easy and secure in the driveway. The house was clean and inviting!
The property was cozy and delightful. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable and overall the stay was quite pleasant. The host was responsive and a pleasure to rent from.
It was a great little house. I liked that there were plenty of plates and stuff so we didn't have to wash them after every meal. The only concern I had was that there didn't appear to be any working smoke detectors. The one on the wall of the hallway looked old and didn't seam to be active.

Thank you for the lovely review and for sharing your feedback. We’d like to reassure future guests that the smoke and carbon monoxide combo detector is actively working and regularly maintained. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are always happy to double-check safety features.
Clean house in a cute neighborhood. Well stocked for coffee and creamer. Washer and dryer was nice to have. Great communication with owner and grateful for early check in. Be aware it is right next to an expressway if you are noise sensitive
The property was perfect for my family to stay all together while in Spokane. VeeAnn was wonderful and very quick to respond to every message. The house was incredibly clean and in a quiet neighborhood. If we go back, we will definitely want to stay there again.
We were in Spokane on business so unfortunately we didn’t have much time to check out the great looking park (arboretum) but it was very nice to look at. There was even a moose in the park.
The home was great ( so much better than hotels for us) and the host was very friendly and made everything great.
The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

The house is well equipped and beds were comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 3.
VeeAn was quick to respond and provided great information about getting in the house and what was offered. We were able to do laundry which was a great bonus!
Our stay was very good. This place is very clean and well equipped with everything anyone would need for a long or short stay. We had issues with the tv but LeeAnn was extremely responsive and was there to solve the problem within a minute or two. Very close to downtown and, therefore, very convenient for our needs. We'd stay here again the next time we are in Spokane.

It was idea for my husband and I and my 89 year old mother. Lot's of thoughtful additions and very clean! It was quiet and very comfortable.
We appreciated the little touches which made this home so convenient. It had everything needed and more. Communication was fast and easy. House was clean and bedding was extremely comfortable. We walked down the street to the arboretum and enjoyed the location. Close to downtown but in the trees and feels like the mountains.
Very nice and well kept home. Appreciated all the supplies stocked such as coffee, cooking oil, salt, pepper. Also nice shower feature with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. For future renters, please know that I-90 is very close and there is road noise most of the time. Not too bad from the living areas. Do hear some from the bedrooms, but could be amplified because of the window air conditioners allowing the windows to not be completely sealed. Other than that the property was very nice.

The house is small, but it was very clean and the space is utilized nicely. It is more spacious and comfortable than a hotel suite! It was perfect for our family of 3 for the weekend. Convenient location close to I-90. Nice extras like bottles of water in the refrigerator, snacks and coffee pods. Cute kitchen with all the dishes and utensils we needed. The shower has great water pressure. Great communication by host. I would stay here again!

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. The area feels a little rough / older government housing feel. The property was very close to the funeral home we were attending services at so that was very nice. I had hoped to feel ok walking in the neighborhood but we ended up not feeling comfortable doing that.
VeeAnn was a lovely host with a personal touch. You can tell she takes pride in hosting this property. House was clean, stocked with snacks and coffee. Even the medicine cabinet had items for guests: bandages, bubble bath for any littles, tea tree oil(!). Every room has an AC unit. The kitchen is light and airy. Neighborhood is quiet.
The location is close to the freeway, so if you or a family member is sensitive to these noises, then property might not be a good fit.
