Cheerful 3 bedroom Villa with Backyard Oasis

Summary:
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. When traveling to Spokane you can enjoy this quiet and very well stocked boho style home. The backyard is great for enjoying the beautiful weather, fully fenced! Kids play area with cute play house. Fully stocked with everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing trip to Spokane!

The Space:
One floor only with 3 bedrooms! The largest room has a large TV and Queen bed. The second bedroom has a full bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed, twin over full.

Guest Access:
Entire Private Home.
Plenty of parking at street, in side parking lot, and near garage.
Access through smart locks. You will be given a code upon check in.

The Neighborhood:
quiet neighborhood centrally located. only 10 minutes from downtown and close to several other great Spokane areas.

Other Things to Note:
- The owners do the best they can to remove any snow prior to your arrival, but a de-icer and snow shovel are available in the garage should you need them
- Trash/recycling day is on Thursday. If you’re at the property on a Thursday and trash and recycling bins are to remain in the alleyway.
- The Grill is a convenience but propane is not guaranteed to always be full. If there is some there, you are free to use it, otherwise please fill your own!
- Garage is not for Guest Access

Great location for visiting student at Gonzaga! Mall and groceries nearby. House was very cozy for spending time visiting with family. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication by the host as well. Neighborhood was quiet too.

Great for family with young kids!

We stayed at this property over Christmas. It was great to have a home base during our trip to visit family for the holiday. It was a great location, quiet neighborhood, and had everything we needed for our two small children. The host was super responsive, and let us check in early when we made better time than planned. Beds were very comfortable and appreciated the pack n play and high chair in the closet, even though we had packed our own. If we stay again, that will save space in the car!

The house was great, very clean. I gave a 3 out of 5 stars because the heat in the living and kitchen area did not work. The kitchen could have been stocked with better pots and pans and utensils and there was no toaster. The bathroom was so tiny including the shower. And to be honest, I've never stayed in a VRBO where i was asked to strip all the bedding and start washing it before we left. We also had to take the garbage out which is expected but i had to put the garbage in my car and drive it back to the cans in the alley because the gate in the back yard was locked. Didn't mind startng the dishwaher and cleaning out the fridge. Also, the neighbor has his truck up on jacks on the street as he was trying to repair it. Seemed like a normal occurrence.
