Pool was small, hot tub didnt work and leaked, toliets didnt flush right and clogged up. Broken beds on all floors. Sliding glass doors would not open. Deck was old and broken. 2 bar stools. Onky good thing was location and beach realty staff switching us to a better hoise. If i coule rate it a negative i would

Nothing Royal or Elite

There was nothing royal or elite about this house. It smelled very musky, the walls looked like they had not been painted in years, there were roaches on every level gross! They advertised tvs in every room and only one of them worked, the furniture was old and some of the beds were squeaky. There was little to no water pressure and when the outdoor sprinkler was running the shower just stopped! The hot tub had so many chemicals it discolored our bathing suits! We will NEVER go back what a DISSAPPOINTMENT!!!!!
