HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
This custom-built waterfront home, also known as 'Oyster Dream' offers all the amenities desired to make your vacation complete, including but not limited to: a private heated pool, hot tub (please note that there is an additional fee for heating the pool and hot tub.), private dock, elevator, 7 guest suites, gourmet kitchen, spacious porches, current coastal décor with high-end finishes and more! Ideal location on the extremely desirable south-end of Garden City Beach. The private dock allows for quick access to Murrells Inlet or the Atlantic Ocean by boat for fishing, cruising, and/or watersports. All of this, and only a short walk to the beach. Having a private dock with such close proximity to the beach is unique to the Grand Strand coastal area that can only be found in a few limited areas. This popular vacation rental is set up to accommodate 22 guests. Plenty of parking to accommodate several vehicles, golf carts, motorcycles/trailers, boats, RV. Other outside amenities include an enclosed shower and large backyard for kids to play and furnished inlet front porches. Bring your boat and cast net to enjoy the full inlet experience. Seasonal pool heat is available for an added fee. See our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced. Pool and hot tub heat is an additional fee. *Boat lift not guest accessible*

Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival, and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Pool was great. Outdoor area had great furniture and plenty of it. House layout was great for our group as well. Family room had ample seating and a great tv. 3rd floor game room and bar area was great. The house was lacking in decent pots and pans and when we arrived there were no trash bags. Trash bins were also overflowing and had not been picked up in sometime.

Spring break with family friends

This house is beautiful. We had plenty of space, a well stocked kitchen, walking distance to public beach access plus our very own man made inlet/lagoon perfect for stand up paddle Boarding and kayaking. Private pool is also beautiful and we paid to have it heated because we visited early in the season. We traveled with 6 adults and 7 kids ranging in age range from kindergarten to high schoolers. We all agreed we would return to this location again.

A Beautiful, Relaxing Place for Family to Gather

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful, spacious house in a beautiful location on the inlet for our 3 generation family of 20. We conveniently docked our boat at the house and had a short enough walk to the beach that we didn't really need a golf cart, but rented one anyway for everyone to enjoy. It was very helpful to have a laundry room on each level. We especially enjoyed spending time on the big porches on both main and upper levels that overlook the inlet. They are both furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor eating, as well as rockers. Especially our grandchildren spent much of each day in the pool, and we all enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. We appreciated the beach gear credit offered by Sea Star and used it for paddle boards that added fun. The area is peaceful, quiet and lovely. We're looking forward to returning next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I already submitted a very detailed list of items to the property management company, but we are experience renters and also own and rent properties ourselves so we are very familiar with the challenges in regards to vacation rentals. Our expectations are minimal comparatively. The main issues I would say are the quality of the furnishings many rooms do not have end tables and with the exception of one of the bedrooms there are no dressers or adequate vessels to store ones belongings for the week. The beds are of the cheapest possible quality. We actually laughed about how when one’s spouse or partner would move in the same bed. It would wake the other one up... classic springs and coils. One bedroom downstairs with the shared bathroom had the main bed propped up on actual rocks. Like landscaping rocks!! 2 of them! The chairs in the living room would flip over if you didn’t sit on them perfectly in the center and we had to save 2 children and my 75 year old mother off of the floor when these tipped over. There were incorrectly installed shower doors which opened inside and onto the showerhead, and many not working or poorly working amenities. The dryers were moldy and stunk to high heaven and there were 1-3 inch gaps in the flooring in the kitchen causing people to trip. This is just the highlight reel. Completely not worth the price point.

Our stay was wonderful. The home was in a perfect location. We e joked many nights on the decks

We had a great family gathering. We enjoyed the home beach. Pool and area. If I had one con I wished the home offered beach chairs as well as items for children such as a high chair or some kind of pack and play. Traveling by air makes it difficult to bring big items.
