Welcome to Courtyard Villa C-1!

Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, two story townhome located within easy biking distance of the village, pier, and the beach.

The downstairs level contains the living room (with a queen sleeper sofa), half bath located directly off of the foyer, dining area and stocked kitchen. The dining room table seats 4 comfortably and the updated breakfast bar seats provide 4 additional seats.

The upstairs level features a master bedroom with a queen bed and a television and the guest bedroom has a set of twin beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

This is an end unit with a quaint little patio just outside the back door.

Other amenities include WI-FI, washer/dryer, plus an on-site pool. The complex is located just around the corner from a public park with children's playground, plus tennis and basketball courts.

Nice condo, needs new beds

Cute place. Has well supplied kitchen and charcoal grill. Nice neighborhood, short drive to just about anywhere on the island. The beds all need new mattresses though. The Queen bed has a mattress pad on it but it's still super uncomfortable. The springs can be felt on both twin beds.

Nice Comfy Townhome

This nice comfy townhome was a great stay. Quiet, steps from pool and close to restaurants and pier. Real Estate Properties are great to work with.

Great stay

This was in a nice area, convenient to the shops and the beach. I’d recommend bringing bikes or renting them to get around as it is a little bit too far to haul any beach items you’d need on a walk there. Golf carts are another option but you only have one parking spot so you don’t have anywhere to park the golf cart if your renting it daily. Walking to the pier village and nearby parks is very easy though. The beach access parking areas can get congested so this isn’t a great stay if you’d like to easily get to the beach from your accommodations. Communication with the property management was excellent.

A very nice get away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time on the island. Condo was clean and very well equipped. It was in a very nice location and I highly recommend.
