No smoking inside or outside! If you are a smoker, kindly look elsewhere as our children have allergies. No Pets/Service Animals. COVID-19 Precautions: thoroughly cleaned between guests.
- 2 bedroom, 1 ½ bath (Full bath upstairs, half bath down and 1 outdoor private shower), two story condo, sofa & love seat in living room, fireplace, new queen bed in master bedroom, bunk beds (with child bed rail) + day bed in 2nd bedroom, sleeps 5...POOL 30 yards from unit..
-- All bedrooms are upstairs/New flooring throughout/ HUGE 70" smart TV in the living room (Internet TV. Bring your own Roku or Apple TV....Ethernet, HDMI & power available on the TV table!), NEW/updated kitchen with quartz countertops, NEW microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, NEW washer/dryer, Keurig coffee maker, & NEW dishwasher. Child high chair seat that attaches to dining chair. Wireless internet, deck overlooking turtle pond where you can feed fish & turtles, 5 minute drive to village, beaches, shopping, (appx. 1 mile) Sea Palms and Hampton Point golf courses are public courses . Jekyll Island historic area and Summer Waves park a short drive south to the next island. Bikes in the shed for your use; bike paths all around island. 2 beach chairs and beach umbrella also there for your use. Two parking spots in front of unit. 1/2 block from The Club fitness center with daily and weekly membership (not included in rate). Linens, towels, hangers, dishes, iron/ironing board, blow dryer included, utilities cable included....5 minute drive to village, beaches, shopping, and grocery stores (Winn Dixie and Harris Teeter), 10 minute drive to Brunswick, 15 minutes to Jekyll Island. No smoking, no pets.

Great family vacation

Great location on SSI. My toddler (3) loved the room with bunk beds which also had books and toys that kept her busy. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the turtles in the pond out back!

First vacation

The condo was nice and clean. It provided everything we needed for our stay. Only minutes away from the beach, pier, restaurants and stores. The pool was nice with several tables, chairs and umbrella. The turtles at the back deck was really cool to see in the morning. Even though its located right at a busy intersections, going in and out of the place was easy and the noise of traffic was not so loud, it did not bother us. Definitely recommend for your stay at St. Simons Island, Georgia!!!!

Cute 2 bedroom townhome. Very clean, well decorated. Had everything you needed. Shopping all within a couple miles. Out the back deck was a pond with about 25 turtles that came to see you everytime you opened the door! Kids loved them. Great place! Would definitely stay again!

Glen was a fighter pilot and his bride a beautiful Georgia peach who met on the Island ... the rest is history! Yep, we are a military family finally retired after an awesome career in the USAF. Two wars and 9 moves later we are out of the USAF but with two young kiddos I don't think we'll ever actually retire! We bought this townhouse when we first married with the intent of moving back to Paradise. We still will someday!

Why this property----why not? It enabled us to keep our feet squarely planted on St. Simon's Island!

What makes this property unique

Close to the marina, close to everything on the Island and close to the causeway avoiding traffic on the Island. We lived in D.C. prior to this and lost our appetite for traffic!
