This charming and cozy home is very easy to find directly off of major highway 635 in a peaceful family neighborhood. Located in Lake Highlands, it is central to Dallas, Garland, Richardson and Plano, just a few minutes drive from the beautifully popular White Rock Lake! It is about 20-25 minutes from Dallas Love Field and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airports. Perfect for exploring all that the metroplex has to offer, this home is ready for families and large groups alike!

Other things to note:

Please note: The city of Dallas requires hosts of Airbnb and hotels alike to collect a 7% 'hotel occupancy tax' of the nightly rate(s) of stays less than 30 days at a time. This amount is not automatically collected upon booking.

We require a $200 fully refundable security deposit that is released back to you when inspection of the home is complete after you have checked out.

We will collect the fully refundable deposit and Dallas local occupancy tax amount via request through the day before your check-in. It will be as one sum, and we will have them itemized in the description. Thank you!

Biggest bang for your buck!

To start, Caroline and Eli were incredibly welcoming, understanding, and professional. Their house was gorgeous, had ton of space, very comfortable and a very seamless check in/check out process. Would rebook this house anytime!

Beautiful Property

It was only a one night stay but we wish it could've been longer. Mr. Eli was very helpful and easy to reach during the check in/check out process. The home had an awesome layout. Close to the hwy so easy access. Centrally located. Loved the spacious media room. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

Pleasant Dallas retreat

This property was just what we needed for our mini break in Dallas for our overseas family. It was very roomy and spacious, and the hosts were very communicative to our needs The only downside was the dishwasher was broken and the property hadn't been cleaned properly but the hosts were quick to remedy those issues. All in all, it was a nice stay but would recommend it just needs a proper review by owners before guests check in to make sure the property is clean and all the appliances are working.

Perfect Home close to everything.

This house was perfect for our family of six. It was right off the interstate but surprisingly there was not any extra traffic noise that you would expect. It was a very quiet neighborhood and great location for us. My son thoroughly enjoyed the Foosball table!!

Amazing!

Our entire trip to Dallas was amazing. The house was in perfect shape with everything we needed right when we checked in. Caroline and Eli were very responsive and checked in with us occasionally to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you guys for everything- we had an amazing time visiting Dallas!

Nice Dallas Area Family Stay

Hosts are very sweet for this updated home. Knowing we were spending our time there assisting my daughter following her surgery, they installed (after we inquired) a shower hose in the bath to make things easier for her. Very spacious, roomy and updated home. The kitchen was well equipped with gas range, fridge, and dishwasher - but they need to update their kitchen cookware and utensils inventory. There were already some basic pantry food items, which is always nice. We also had no washcloths, but I just went and bought some. We all slept well. No bedside tables in master bedroom at the time of our stay, which was inconvenient. My dog, Sophie, loved being able to enjoy the fenced yard. Having the covered, secure parking was much appreciated when we got rain and ice! Overall, the space was just what we needed to be together but have areas to retreat to on occasion. Just about anything you could possibly need/want within a two mile radius.

Beautiful spacious property

This is a wonderful space to stay at with just a spouse or family as well as a good space to host a small gathering. The host we very responsive and answered all of my questions. Would recommend others to stay here.

We stayed for one night in this cute little house, and wish we could have stayed longer. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners were easy to communicate with and gave us great recommendations for activities to do in Dallas. We highly recommend.

Bridal Shower Bunking

The property was perfect for our bridal shower setting for our sister. The owner was very particular about the use of the white towels provided with the property. More attention should be given to the dingy shower curtains and stained couch.

Exactly as advertised

It is not often you get exactly what is described but we did. The host was great. Check in was easy. Check out was just as simple. What more can you ask for in a VRBO. The only downside was towels, not quite enough for 5 fully grown men, but that is so minor. Thank you again for the wonderful stay.

Best Stay Ever!!

The property looks exactly like the picture if not better. Caroline and Eli were just a text and a call away, so communication was a 10/10 (this also assured a safe stay). Check in/out process was a breeze and will definitely recommend this house to others.

Simple Getaway

Firstly, I'd like to mention how kind and helpful the hosts were in not only their communication, but also in troubleshooting. I was informed that prior to my visit, they had some trouble with a larger group and let me know ahead of time of some of the damage caused. Then, the house had everything we needed and smelled incredibly clean when we first arrived. The beds and couches were all quite comfortable, and the Foosball table was a nice touch to find. Overall, I found staying at this house quite enjoyable and might just come again.
