Make yourself at home and relax at this renovated Studio condo at the Grand Traverse Resort “The Shores”. This condo is facing West, with perfect sunset views over the water. Located on 600 sandy feet of East Grand Traverse Bay, this condo is a water and beach lover’s dream. Three world-class championship golf courses are less than ½ mile away at the Grand Traverse Resort. An additional beach area (Acme park) is right next to the condo complex and offers picnic areas, a playground and grills. This wonderful condo is close to everything that the Traverse City area has to offer: amazing beaches, professional golf courses, more than 3 dozen wineries, great restaurants and fantastic shopping.

This second floor, water-view condo features a deck with access from the living room / bedroom. This condo is best suited for 2 people. There is one 50 inch flat screen TV's and a full bath. The kitchenette offers a microwave, refrigerator, and a stove.

Please note that access to the Grand Traverse Resort amenities (such as tennis, gym,pools & beach chairs) are not included. The spa, golf courses, restaurants, and casino are open to the public and therefore are available for guests to use.

Great stay in condo. Balcony overlooked the Bay directly - Nature Preserve next to the unit offered trails and additional water access. The unit is small but had everything we needed for our week’s stay. We were a little surprised by the amount of traffic in and around Traverse City and were aware of the traffic noise on occasion from the unit. But ….. a wonderful stay.

I highly recommend this stay. The view is beautiful! My husband and I really enjoyed sitting on the porch. Lots of wildlife is attracted to this little area. We saw ducks, swans, and even deer! The condo is beautiful and super clean! The location was great. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

My husband and I stayed for an extended weekend, and wanted a quiet location for the evening. This was perfect! Under an hour drive to the sleeping bear dunes park for a day trip and close to many wineries/Traverse City. Relaxing Getaway

We wanted to visit the Traverse City area (as we had never been to that part of Michigan before). This condo was a great location for us. We found it to be relaxing and quiet. Studio with a beautiful view of the water

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It is only 15 minutes from Traverse City yet you are far enough away to relax. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening while relaxing on the balcony. The view was amazing. The bed is very comfortable and the place is very well-furnished. My husband and I moved to the Traverse City area about 10 years ago and fell in love with it immediately. I'm a native of Germany and my husband is from the Western end of Michigan's Upper Peninsula. We decided to purchase this condo because of it's perfect location on East Bay. What a perfect place to enjoy everything that Traverse City and the surrounding area has to offer!
