Nice unit with a great view! A nice place to stay with the convenience of nearby shopping, the pool/amenities and - the beach! A few glitches . . . with the TV, and kitchenware but confident the owner will ensure they are addressed promptly. And -thank you for the nice weather! It's back to the Texas heat for us!

Christian was the perfect host. He made sure we had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location was even better than I had hoped. The deck overlooks the pool and the beautiful lake. Sunsets could not be more perfect. Great shopping in Traverse City which is an easy 10 minute or less drive. One thing that really stands out is the cancellation policy. We had to cancel two nights and a full refund was issued promptly. You wont be sorry for choosing this rental.

The view was beautiful of the east arm of Grand Traverse Bay. Loved the private beach and pool access. The condo had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Only tiny issue was with the coffee maker. Need to get a different one. It kept wanting me to perform a clean cycle, which I attempted to do but could not get it to simply run a full pot of coffee. Best bet is to get a very basic coffee maker that does not need programmed etc. We definitely like our coffee in the morning so we pushed through it. LOL. Also, the sliding glass door has the main door inner seal broke thus the door is foggy which hinders the view of the bay from the living room. But none of these things would prevent me from returning to this place. Thank you for a nice stay.

The location was really great. We were close to shopping downtown in Traverse with just a short drive. Great restaurants and great beaches were nearby. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The refrigerator was a little small but we made it work for the weekend. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful!

This was the perfect getaway. The view of the sunsets from the balcony or the beach were beautiful! Nearby restaurants were good and Traverse City is just minutes away.

This condo was directly on the beach in Traverse City. It was a beautiful location. I would have spent large quantities of time on the beach...if it was summer. Great and easy location to stay.

Overall very nice unit with spectacular beach views and beach-side and pool-side location. Unit and complex were very quiet when we visited in fall. The decor and furniture in the unit shows a bit of wear and would benefit from some refreshing. But overall we enjoyed our stay, were comfortable and didn't have any troubles.

The place and view was great. We had to leave a day early because our dogs weren't doing well at their overnight daycare. This is the second time we stayed at this same place and would like to stay there again.
