Charming and quiet private villa on large property with pool, sauna and gym

This elegantly restored traditional Mallorcan country home sits on a large secluded private property with olive trees and fruiit trees in the sprawling country side, far from roads or other houses, offering complete privacy. There is a 600m long dirt road leading from the main road to the house, guaranteeing complete privacy.

Up to 12 guests can be accommodated in the six comfortable bedrooms, all with countryside views. There are three buildings next to eachother. The main house has a large living-room, a dining-room, a fully equipped kitchen and 5 double bedrooms with 4 complete bathrooms. The guest house has a large living-room, a double bedroom and a full bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

We offer a discount price in low season for groups of up to 10 guests without access to the guest house. Groups that need access to the guest house must book for 12 guests to obtain the correct price, even if they're fewer.

On the large covered terrace there is garden furniture, including a large dining table. On the back terrace, there is another dining area as well as a wood oven / barbecue.

The sauna and gym are in a separate building close to the house.

The villa sits on an expansive plot of over 3 hectares with olive, almond and citrus trees dotted throughout.

The swimming pool is flanked by sun loungers, perfect for warmer days, and a pergola covers the outdoor lounge and dining area, providing the perfect place to enjoy al fresco feasts and barbecues.

The villa has central heating in winter, which few houses in Mallorca offer.
