House with Garden Near the Beaches & GR34 Trail

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this pleasant single-storey detached house, ideal for welcoming up to 4 people. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it benefits from a beautiful south-west facing aspect, a garden and a terrace, perfect for making the most of the fine weather.



You will appreciate its bright living space with an open-plan kitchen, fully fitted and equipped: refrigerator with freezer compartment, hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



The night space consists of two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with two 90 cm beds joined together to form a comfortable 180 cm bed, as well as a storage wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single 90 cm beds.



The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a washbasin with storage unit, and the toilet is separate.



A few minutes from the beaches, coastal paths and the famous GR34, this house is the ideal starting point for discovering the Iroise coast and making the most of a family or friends' holiday, between sea, nature and relaxation.

Plouarzel and its surroundings offer numerous activities, the house is located:

- 600m from "Ile Sega" beach, a very beautiful white fine sand beach

- 4.2 km from local shops, delicatessens, restaurants, crêperies, boutiques

- 2.4 km from Lampaul Plouarzel where you will find our regional products at the local market on Thursday mornings

- 100 m from the GR34 hiking trail and 400 m from Portez fine sand beach

Parking: one parking space in front of the house.

WIFI: no internet access

Pets: your companion is accepted upon request. To ensure together that the accommodation is suitable for their comfort and needs, please contact us before booking by specifying their breed and weight.

For everyone's comfort, the interior is non-smoking and parties are not permitted.

Optional services:

- End of stay cleaning optional at the rate of €120

- Bed linen set: €24 / bed.

- Towel kit (one large, one medium towel and one flannel): €12 / kit.

Electricity:

- during the summer period (1 May to 30 September) an allowance of 100 KWh/week is provided to you then actual consumption at the rate of €0.30/KWh

- during the winter period (1 October to 30 April) actual consumption at the rate of €0.30/KWh
