Great location and cute condo! It was clean and provided more amenities than I thought. WiFi was great to have for the little one’s tablet. The location was perfect! I couldn’t have asked for more!

Great location only steps from the boardwalk. Clean condo, perfect for the 2 of us and the dog. Owner is responsive and informative. We enjoyed our relaxing off-season getaway.

Fathers Day Weekend Stay

We had a fabulous time at Joe’s place. Everything was exactly as it looked. The location to the beach and boardwalk were a huge plus! Also we were able to bring our 2 dogs with us. Will definitely stay there again!

Perfect Place for Our Family!

This is the second time my family stayed at this rental. There are many reasons we wanted to stay here a second time! The location is perfect! The place is super cute and clean. Interactions with the host were quick and friendly! Would definitely rent again next summer! Big thumbs up!

Dogs on the beach off season

Wonderful lil property with everything you need. So very happy to find a dog friendly place so close to the beach, had a wonderful time. Sofa bed was a great comfy pullout and the grass party under the boardwalk was perfect for walks with the pupper. Right at the beginning of the boardwalk, beach was right there and could see and hear the ocean from the balcony.

Family Beach Getaway

It was a short weekend but it was so much fun! The property is exactly what it looks like in the pictures! Short walk to the beach and boardwalk made it easy with a two year old! Ice cream and mini golf place right next door was a bonus. The owner was very accommodating and easy to talk to. Will def keep this condo in mind when we head back down!

Great ckesn vacation unit

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was exactly the way it was described. Very quiet family commuity, steps away from boardwalk, trolly and beach. Next to Hassles Icream and miniture golf. Our pets enjoyed their vacation as well. About 1/2mile from doggie park and doggie beach. Plenty of kitchen supplies and cookware, and cleaning supplies. You can tell the owner takes pride in this building as the unit was not only attractive but well maintained. We appreciate how each parking space was marked for each designated rental unit.

Perfect location

I chose Joe’s condo because he accepts pets. I wasn’t expecting it to be as nice as it was because of that, what a wonderful surprise! It’s beautiful and well maintained. My dog is well behaved and it’s nice to find a gem that allows them. I was grateful to find some things in the cabinet, as I am forgetful. It’s loud in the evening, we had the windows open as it was cool enough, but it was not all night and it was nice to hear laughter from the kids. Joe is a gracious host and we would love to return in the future.
