Very nice newly renovated home. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Owners did an extremely good job of renovating and are still in process of back yard. Only regret for me was no cable tv.

Deb’s cute beach house

Deb’s place was very comfortable, nicely decorated and super clean. We were very impressed from the minute we opened the door, place was nice and bright. Deb even set up a dog station for our pet. We liked the two sitting areas in the house and nice outdoor patio for our bbq and relaxation. House was very well equipped including beach towels, chairs and wagon . We definitely will come back.

The home was very clean and offers lots of space and parking. Convenient to get to the beach and the bay for those that like to boat and enjoy the beach! The owners are close by and very attentive!

Great vacation home a 10 minute walk to the beach!!

Our family really enjoyed our week at Deb’s Grand Lagoon Beach House!! The owners include lots of extras like hairdryers, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, a beach wagon to haul items to the beach, a few beach towels, corn hole, and charcoal for the grill. Deb was easy to get in contact with and was quick to respond to emails. We enjoyed relaxing evenings at the house grilling and playing corn hole after spending all day at the beach! The location is perfect if you’re trying to avoid the busyness of Panama City Beach.

Excellent location

We wanted to be near the beach but away from crowds. We also wanted a place where we could put in our boat easily. This home provided both. We had a great time. The home was spacious and we'll stocked in the kitchen and baths with dishes and towels. The home was clean. Owners were friendly We would like to come again.
