This old family farm is adjoining the owner's second home, which is sometimes also rented as a gîte and has independent access, and a private, demarcated but unenclosed plot of land (1000 m²), a shaded terrace and parking.

On site, visit the thatched village of Bigorre, hikes, shops and outdoor activities in St-Front (7 km), Les Estables 12 km away (treetop adventure trails, ponies, cani-hiking, mountain biking, climbing), listed monuments of Puy-en-Velay 25 km away.
A market per day in the surrounding area. Ground floor: living room with a kitchenette and a lounge with fireplace (wood provided free of charge).

1st floor: lounge with TV and access to the outside, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room with toilet, sleeping area on the mezzanine (2 single beds 90x190 and 1 double bed).

The only means of heating is the fireplace in the lounge.

Electricity extra depending on consumption.

Bed and bath linen optional.

Pet optional: 5 euros per night per pet.

Coming from Puy-en Velay, follow Brives Charensac, then Lantriac. Before Lantriac, follow St-Front. Before arriving at St-Front, turn left towards Bigorre. The house is on the right 200 m after entering the hamlet.
