In a fenced individual property with courtyard, lawn terrace, barbecue, deckchairs, garden furniture + 2 parasols, barbecue, parking for vehicle.
Cottage of 40 m2, composed of an equipped kitchen (fridge, stove with oven, microwave, kitchen equipment, etc.), a living room with TV + DVD player + sofa bed + 2 armchairs, a bedroom with large comfortable 180 cm bed + wardrobe for clothes with blankets at your disposal, a bathroom with bathtub + washbasin + washing machine, separate WC.
The house is equipped with oil central heating; fixed price of 50 € per week in cold period.
