Villa Avec Piscine à 5 Min. à Pieds des Plages /A1

For a holiday in Cavalaire sur Mer, in the Gulf of Saint Tropez for rent very pretty villa of 100m2 for 8 people maximum with private pool, it is located in the heart of the city centre, in a quiet and very popular area since the beaches, the port, the market and the shops are a stone's throw away. Everything is done on foot.

The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets:

On the ground floor,
⁃ a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, fridge freezer and an additional fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, etc...
⁃ living room and living room,
⁃ 1 bedroom with double bed 140 with shower and washbasin,
⁃ Separate toilet.

On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms and shower room with toilet.
⁃ 1 bedroom with double bed 140 and its washbasin water point,
⁃ 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90,
⁃ 1 bedroom with double bed 160.

The house is fully air-conditioned.

Garden and terrace with shaded dining area overlooking the swimming pool, south-east facing, 8x4 swimming pool heated from October to mid-November and April to the end of May (supplement of 80€ per week), equipped with an alarm.

Mandatory cleaning fee of 170€.

Parking space.

Miscellaneous equipment in the house
Internet, washing machine, high chair and cot, flat screen TV, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, sunbeds, deckchairs, vacuum cleaner, etc.

Linen (sheets, pillowcases, body and face/person bath towels) FREE.

PLEASE NOTE that the swimming pool is not allowed for animals, the garden must also be cleaned of all excrement every day

Great location

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay in this house, but our first-day experience was quite disappointing. Upon our arrival, the person who let us in communicated with us through translated messages to French. She showed us around the house and gave us the keys. However, just 15 minutes after her departure, we discovered there were no bedsheets provided, despite the listing clearly stating that bedsheets were included. We messaged the host, and she mentioned that she would need to ask the owner about it. After a while, we received a message stating that if we wanted bedsheets, we would have to pay an additional €150. This was quite unexpected and felt like a joke. Fortunately, after explaining that bedsheets were listed as included, she eventually dropped them off. I would advise future guests to double-check and confirm all the inclusions before booking to avoid any disappointments. Additionally, the cleanliness of the shower room left much to be desired. The shower curtain had noticeable stains, and there was black and orange mold inside the shower. One more thing to note is that we paid for a heated swimming pool, which we learned about from reading reviews rather than from the property description. This could be clarified in the listing for future guests. Despite these initial hiccups, our stay improved, and we appreciated the features the house had to offer. Thank you.

Très bon séjour à Cavalaire ! La maison est vraiment très bien située, en plein centre, ce qui est super pratique pour tout faire à pied. La piscine est aussi un vrai plus pour profiter et se détendre. Merci beaucoup à Lydia pour son accueil. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et recommandons cette location sans hésiter !

Endroit idéal pour des vacances à Cavalaire

La maison est idéalement placée, en plein centre ville avec tous les commerces à moins de 100m, tout en étant hyper calme et sans vis à vis, avec une belle piscine. Le port et la plage sont à 5 min à pieds. La literie est confortable. La maison est fonctionnelle, entièrement climatisée ou chauffée. On peut garer 2 voitures juste devant la maison. Lydia est très réactive, accueillante et arrangeante.La maison est mieux en vrai que sur l'annonce. Seul bémol : les escaliers sont un peu raides pour des petits enfants ou des personnes âgées. Il y a une chambre au RDC et 3 à l'étage, donc c'était parfait. Merci pour cet agréable séjour !

Séjour Avril 2023 Cavalaire

Les principales qualité : Habitations dans la ville même à coté des commerces et de la plage. On peut tout faire à pieds. Chambres et pièces de vie correctes. Cuisine correcte. Terrasse et jardin très agréables Les principaux défauts sont : Habitation propre de manière générale si on ne regarde pas sous les meubles (ne pas perdre quelque chose derrière la banquette, c'est à vous faire vomir). Il n'y a pas de placard pour ranger les courses La pression d'eau est très faible (difficile de faire un shampoing à l'étage). Les 2 douches sont relativement petites. Du coup, le prix est un peu élevé par rapport au service et la finition vendue.

Ostertage in der Sonne

Wir haben eine Woche im kreativ eingerichtetem Häuschen die Seele baumeln lassen. Ein Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und war perfekt für meine Eltern. Das Auto konnten wir stehen lassen, da die Läden und der Strand nur ein paar Schritte entfernt sind. Dass ich das Aufheizen des Pools vorbestellen muss war mir nicht klar somit konnten sich nur mutige im kühlen Pool erfrischen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un cocon en plain centre

Fabuleux, une petite maison décorée avec soin avec des meubles et objets chines qui lui donnent un charme fou. Terrasse ombragée et extérieur sans vis à vis . Piscine très agréable et la cerise sur le gâteau l emplacement exceptionnel près de la rue où nous trouvons boulangerie primeur boucherie traiteur et j en passe ….. évidemment le port et la plage a 1 mn a pied bref nous reviendrons évidemment
