Large beautiful home perfect for large groups and small. Located in charming downtown New Albany where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. A ten minute drive will get you into downtown Louisville, just over the Ohio river, and a !5 minute drive will get you to Churchill Downs. Our home has plenty of space to spread out a relax, a fully stocked kitchen, fenced in back yard with patio and a grill, and a covered front porch with a swing. Lounge in the library, the parlor, or the family room - lots of places to spread out and relax!

We bought our home while it was in the throes of renovation and have (mostly) completed the project. We love being able to share the beautiful home with guests as we also travel a lot. While we lived in the home for 5 years we now reside in Chicago but come down at least once a month to enjoy the space.
Why they chose this property
You will find that there is so much to enjoy about this property. It's spacious, well curated, full of art and interesting objects. Each room has a unique feel. There is a library full of excellent reading material and even includes a piano. You can lounge in the family room with a smart TV and DVD player, or have a cocktail on the front porch swing. We also have a fenced in backyard perfect for if you are bringing a pup, and a charcoal grill and small patio if you want to spend some time outdoors. There is both a formal and casual dining area, and a large fully stocked kitchen to cook meals with family and friends.
What makes this property unique
Space space and more space! It's difficult to find a home in the Louisville area that can sleep so many.
